Complete SCAM and thieves. PW promised to refund my warranty fee since I sold my vehicle. We agreed on a set amount. That was 16 weeks ago. No refund. No return calls. People answering phone are disrespectful. Every time I call I am transferred to a call back line. Of course they never call back. This is an illegal business, a scam, and all owners and employees should be thrown in jail for internet fraud.

This did seem like a great program when I had them on the phone initially. BUT, now I have a transmission that has gone out and they have had my service records for over a week (took them four days to realize they had the paperwork) and now I can't get them to return a call or even call my mechanic. The customer service here is really awful, but I keep hoping that they will finely decide to return my calls or my mechanics calls. Ugh!!

Patriot did not honor their warranty. Different reason from each rep I spoke with...none of the reasons were valid. One rep said they didn't cover dual clutch transmissions and the other said the problem was pre-existing, etc. My emails/calls were ignored and my pleas for assistance have fallen on deaf ears. I have asked for my money back, which they said they would do, but that was over two months ago. Now, my calls are answered and once my name is given, it goes directly to voicemail.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO. After 20 hours between ourselves and our Ford dealer being on HOLD w/Patriot to get preapproved as per our paid warranty, they finally shipped a NON-OEM part - NOT what was promised. We therefore had to pay dealer in full but Patriot confirmed/preapproved reimbursement and promised we would have ck in 5-7 business days. It has now been 4 MONTHS. Managers Jonathan B and Samuel D (Finance) do NOT stand by their word - always say check is in the mail - and do not return calls as promised. Still no receipt as of mid December.

Total SCAM!!! Do not buy from this company. They will not cover items that are listed on the warranty contract. They will put you on hold, not answer your calls, and hung up on me when I said I thought I had been scammed. Now they won’t answer my phone calls just stays on hold. Complete scam. They charge you wether or not you start service or not. And when you call you get put on hold and don’t receive an answer or call back. Was actually threatened by Marcus. Already reported to bbb and the federal trade commission. They are fraudulent and a complete scam. They even tried to charge my card 2 more times after telling them I did not want it and it was a scam. Had to get a new card as well because they kept trying to charge my card for multiple thousands of dollars unauthorized. Stay as far away from this company as you can

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a warranty company. I bought a used car from a dealership along with the patriot warranty. After both me and my service advisor spent countless hours trying to reach them spending an average of 44 minutes on hold each phone call. I was told Because I cannot show maintenance records on a car I bought 5 months ago they are refusing to do any repairs on the car I highly recommend not using Patriot warranty

Patriot Warranty touts a money back guarantee if cancelled within 30 days. What they don't tell you is that you will not have your money back for at least 90 days because they state it is refunded within 60 "business days." So, be prepared to be without the thousands of dollars they may have of yours for quite some time - with no recourse! I have yet to be refunded and it has been over 90 days - BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a SCAM!! They will sell you the warranty for any price you want because they are not going to provide anything with claims and they guarantee 100% cancellation for 30 days and prorated amount after that but they will never refund the amount. They donot reveice your call if you select existing customer option. If you select new customer, they will pickup the call almost immediately and once you tell them you want to cancel they will again place you on hold indefinitely. My money is stuck. Guys please dont fall for these scamsters

There is nothing to like about this company. They will not cover a covered component if there is a manufacturer service bulletin that applies. a service bulletin is nothing more than a diagnostic aid for a technician, it does not alter any manufacturer's warranty. Ths is a very sleazy way to get out of paying legitimate repair bills that are included in their covered components listing. Stay far, far away from this company, it's nothing more than a money grab. there are many reputable companies to choose from.

This company is a scam, I signed up and after about 6 months into my warranty, I bought a new truck and canceled my warranty with patriot since I no longer needed it. Since I paid in full I am supposed to be receiving a refund. It has now been 5 months and still have not received anything. Every time I call, the representative says the same thing " I found the problem and have fixed it, you should receive your refund in 15 days" It has now been 150 days and I called in again and was told the exact same thing. I could not imagine what would happen if i actually needed to use my warranty.

I asked for a supervisor 5 times and was hung up on. I canceled my warranty on February 16th and today April 23rd I still do not have a refund check after only have this warranty for less than a year. Beware of this company. It’s their “policy” that you get it within 60 days but I’m 2 1/2 months in and still nothing. If you buy a warranty from them just plan on keeping it the duration they obviously don’t like cutting refund checks back. It’s certainly not their top priority.

If I could put ZERO stars I would. I was convinced by sales rep to purchase a warranty and cancel my previous one with another company for a refund. One week Later found out I couldn’t do it and asked for my money back. They told me I had 30 days to cancel and get full refund. It has been 5-6 months of them providing excuses for why I haven’t received a refund. They hang up in my face etc. I will be taking them to court!

Terrible company! They breach of contract me! I brought my car in for repair the dealership sent patriot the quote. Since I drive an Audi the company decided they would cancel my contract instead of repairing and this was after they made me pay $2500 up front for their best coverage. I have reported to BBB and am awaiting litigation as I am filing a lawsuit as well. I would go with a different company!

Awful service took my truck to Dodge to get worked on. They called to get authorization an we've been getting a run around for two weeks now. Everytime we call them they give us a different email address to send quotes. They say you have a 30 day full money refund but as it happens you can't use for 30 days so by time you find out about the run around it's to late. Now I'm paying a cab 20 dollars a day to go back an forth to work. If I looked into them better I would have never have gotten

We got their extended warranty and after trying to file a claim, they told us they had to cancel our policy because of the vehicles history. They had no problem taking our money and giving us the warranty until we needed something. Very disappointed in this company. And they won't give us our entire refund, even though we never got to actually use them for anything. They tried to say we were past the "full refund" window and they were going to contact us today, 3 days AFTER the full refund window. Would suggest you find another company for a warranty instead of these guys.

Do Not Get This Warranty! Everyone I've talked to. All the reviews I've read. These guys are scammers! They never answer their phones nor messages. They'll offer you the wolrd but do not deliver in fact They'll take your monthly payments then disappear. I've been paying for over a year and last month in September the payment wasn't taken out of my Navy Federal account. I've called numerous times. Left countless messages to try and make that payment but nothing. Basically the took whatever money I had put in and ran with it! If it's not through your dealer it's bogus! Even Carshield is beginning to do the same. The Government is looking into third party extended warranty companies seriously now! Be Careful!!

I have finally had a claim to put in with Patriot warranty after 7 months and they don't answer their phone. Two of the three phone lines are disconnected and they just have a voicemail recording, I've left 4 messages on. I'm concerned this is a total scam. Hopefully this is not. So far it's been terrible.

Took policy out on 3/12/2020 and TRIED to use it once . No one would answer the phone from my repair shop.
