Many promises but little or NO response to claims or promises made. They negotiated with me to have them pay less than the claim. They promised that they would send a $750 check asap.... six or more months later....... NO c heck and they no longer honor the phone number that is on my contract. Numerous times calling have been disregarded by Patriot Warranty and NO return calls. Instead of Honoring our contract, they tried to sell me an extended contract at what they though was a very reduced rate I stated that I would like them to Honor the original contract before I considered any extension. I fear the money I paid for coverage has been wasted. On the rating system is there a ZERO rating?

I purchased a warranty from Patriot Warranty but when it came time for them to pay the car dealership the $670 they had authorized in November, 2021, they didn't pay and no one could get a response from them as to why. When the dealership threatened collection on me for the unpaid $670, I had to pay it on my limited income. I have since emailed them and called them approximately 75 times in this last year and still, no check or response. I would NEVER go with Patriot again. It's hard to believe the good posts on here about them, but seems to be from people who bought a vehicle from them. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company!!!!!

SCAM! Worst extended warranty ever! They are real quick on taking your money and promising you the best warranty. Once you call and get them to pay for a service they give you and the dealer the run around. The dealer was holding our vehicle until the insurance paid. Once they did pay it was nothing we paid 90% of the bill. We had to pay up front in order to get our vehicle back. Three weeks later after persisting phone calls from the dealer and us they finally paid. We decided to cancel the warranty and try and get our money back. It's been over three months no one returns our calls or answers emails no refund . Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY!!! If I could my star would be a ZERO!

STAY AWAY FROM PATRIOT. like many on this site Patriot took my $2400 for a warranty and contractually are required to reimburse me the prorated remaining warranty value when I sold the vehicle. I’ve been trying to get my refund back since December 2021 and recently was awarded the settlement in court; however Patriot was not present and the judge said “good luck, not sure you’ll get your money”. I have pages of call logs and letters/emails I’ve sent but never received any response. When I do get a Patriot associate on the phone they tell me “it’s in process”. I consider my money as lost cause.

I needed a minor repair on my vehicle that should have been covered. They sent me a new contract to sign, saying I hadn't signed everything at first, but that they would cover it. That didn't seem accurate but whatever, I signed it. They did talk with the auto shop at first and got to the point of the shop enumerating the repairs needed and asking for authorization. Days went by and they wouldn't respond to calls or emails from the shop or from me. I finally authorized it myself so that I could get my car repaired and back to me. They never did return calls or emails or offer to reimburse what I had to pay out of pocket. I've never gotten any further correspondence from them beyond once when my bank card rejected their charge for whatever reason. I'll be paying them $69 monthly for quite a while yet and will never get anything out of it. I need some repairs but they'll be out of pocket. Never ever ever go with this company whatever you do! They're a total scam.

This is a criminal organization steals your money. Be warned. They are a scam and I have reported them to the South Dakota AG office. They will talk a great game and then after you send your money they never respond again or if they do its the old "the check is in the mail" line and you never see a cent. Run away from this scam. I had 2 contracts with them. One for my car which they never paid out on and took 6 months to send me the partial refund check only after contacting the SDAG office for help. The motorcycle policy I used once and it was a zero deductible policy. They refused to pay the amount the shop quoted and I ended up paying the $200 difference out of pocket. They also never paid the shop and I had to once again wait months for the small portion they eventually paid me. I sold the bike in February and immediately sent them an email and went to their portal to cancel the policy and get a partial refund. I've emailed, call and emailed again. Now almost 7 months later and still no refund. An email in May stated they'd look into it but the accounting department was very busy <- busy taking other people's money.

Stay AWAY from this company!!! Do yourself a service by not doing business with Patriot Warranty. These scumbags will take you money and when its time to pay, they don't!! Look at all the other review, we are all experiencing the same problem. They never answer their phone, never return calls and I reported them BBB and will be writing reviews about them until I get my money they owe me since November 2021. I will do my part to save others from signing up with them until I get a resolution!!! I will go through everything until I get a resolution. Patriot Warranty you suck and I tried to be nice and give you guys the benefit, but my credit has been charged 04/21, you canceled me on 08/21 and still no refund along with accruing interest charges on my credit card and enough is enough.

SCAM We paid over $ 1700 for an "extended warranty" for our car. They include $ 100 coverages for oil changes and tire damage. They paid the $ 100 for the oil change within a few weeks of my submitting the invoices with only a few needed by me. When we had a tire failure in the first year I sent them the claim info, including pictures and the tire dealers invoice and inspection report. They asked for more info and I provided it. This claim is for about $ 60. After several weeks of not hearing from them I started calling and emailing. At first I reached a couple of people and was told "the claim had just been approved", "the check would go out shortly", "probably next week", etc. Then they stopped returning call or answering my email. The only phone line that they answered is the "sales" line trying to hook new suckers and they get very snotty and rude if you call them for a service or claim related matter!. It has been over six months now and no check for the tire failure. Can you imagine what the likelihood of their paying a $ 5,000 or even $ 500 mechanical claim would be if the won't (can't) pay a stinking $ 60? This company is NOT backed by any Insurance Company or any outside party. Their fancy pages is all BS. Don't go near them. I have filed a complaint with the South Dakota Attorney General Division of Consumer Protection who tells me they have a list of people that have had problems with them and that SD is just a rented "forwarding office" for their undisclosed location. SCAM…..SCAM…. SCAM They’re the worst I ever had…. they’re scam scam scam and will not repair your car when you get any issues . I purchased this warranty last year… set up a payment arrangement … a guy named Jonathan was my assistant… he kept calling me for this purchase… I thought he was kinda nice and his words was so promising that made me agreed to start the payment. The full payment was $2300 and changed. Now my first service is on , I took my car to a dealership for a repair… the dealership called them from their end and they agreed with the services. When is time to pay the dealership … they wouldn’t answer any of their calls anymore, unless you choose an option to purchase new… once they hear my voice and found out is me… they will either send my call to the voicemail or hang up on me or put me on hold and never returned … is being going on for 3 consecutive days… It was getting frustrating so I realize they wouldn’t render me any service and now the dealership is coming after me… I hv to call my bank… but thinking of suing them for misleading, duping, fraud / theft of my money to hold it in their possession and not investing into a better thing…. Don’t buy any warranty from them… they’re scam scam scam.

Purchased a warranty on a used vehicle and 8 months in needed to cancel as we traded the truck in. Tried to contact them leaving vm & emails multiple times and even sent a letter certified which they signed and received !! Finally in October 2021 I got ahold of them and told them I cancelled our warranty and they stated I needed a notarized letter stating the vehicle was sold with the date of sale and odometer reading. I contacted the dealership and dmv and received all paperwork, had it notarized and sent it all certified to include signature upon delivery. It was delivered and signed for on 11/26/2021 so I contacted them by phone 12/10/2021 and was told we would receive a refund within 30 to 60 days and it is now 4/20/2022 and Nothing !! I have been advised to contact law enforcement with Sioux Falls, SD to file a Fraud/Theft report with any and all info of any contact I have had with them. If anyone is going thru the same thing, contact the Sioux Falls, SD police dept and file a Fraud/Theft report !!

Fake warranty. Terrible customer service. When I bought my warranty in July 2021, they were very friendly and said they would cover everything except the regular wear and tear which is the market standard. Now I had some trouble and reached out to them and for nearly 11 days and I have not heard back from them even after multiple emails or voicemails. Afterwards when I attempted to call and clicked on purchase a new policy, that is when someone picked up and was super friendly but as soon as I mentioned that I was also interested in talking about my claim, the guy started laughing and hung up on me when I told him that no had communicated a single thing after I sent them the bill for my claim. At the time of buying the policy, their members stated that they cover 100% of all covered entities and are one of the best companies out there. It is a ghost company. Terrible customer service. Total scam. Unfortunately they fooled me by the fake reviews as well.

SCAM........SCAM...........SCAM.............DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!!! This company deserves less than 1 star, truly their rating is minus 5 stars. My car has been in the shop for over 7 months waiting for this company to investigate the cause of malfunction, now waiting over 2 weeks for the report from an inspector they claim has not been out yet. This company gives you the run around for months, leaving you with no vehicle, rarely answers the phone and never calls back or follows up. If you have a claim, you have to quit your job to have the time to spend on the phone with these guys to get the run around for months.

Please be aware of the Patriot Warranty Auto Service Contracts. Please note nothing in this review is an opinion, these are facts. No rant involved – just actual results. Towing- not covered, although covered in contract. Was informed they did not authorize the towing prior to diagnosis. Hard to diagnose the problem until it is towed in. One claim submitted more than 5 times. Still no response. $100 claimed - $0 recovered. Still being told – the check is in the mail. Diagnosis – not covered. They will not consider a claim unless a diagnosis has been performed, and then do not cover it. We all know that is typically $150. Authorization – typically takes days. Hope this does not happen on a Thursday or Friday – you will not get any news until after the weekend. Additionally, you must call the company and shop to find out what is going on. You will be asked for ALL service records and photos as well. Replacement Parts – Patriot will either reimburse the shop (and you) for the price they can buy it for. They will ship the part to the shop, but this takes about a week. Parts are NOT OEM. This has been verified more than once. BTW – I was asked to buy my own parts and bring them to the shop. Patriot claimed they would reimburse me – so I did, but they will not pay me back. AC repairs – Ouch. Uses non-OEM parts and limited labor paid for. That’s it! No freon, no reimbursement for freon capture, did not even cover the recharge. All the actual steps needed to make a covered repair – are not covered. $875 total - $125 labor and $75 for new condenser covered. Car Rental – offered but only for the duration of the repair. Your car may be in the shop for three days to a week waiting for Patriot to authorize and send cheap non-OEM parts, but they will only pay for rental of the one day they claim it takes to repair the vehicle. You are on your own here. Four days at $64 per day– they covered one day for $50. Steering control arms – Relaced using non-OEM parts even through the contract says they only use OEM. Paid half the labor time based on their book. Would not cover alignment. FYI – an alignment is required as part of the repair. Total bill was $587 – Patriot covered $225. Lastly – Communication. I have been with them for 2 years and filed 4 claims. In all, I have received 4 emails, 0 calls, and just one of the out-of-pocket payments received that were promised. You are forced to call them (weekdays 8-5 only), wait on hold for long periods of time and often get transferred to a ‘supervisors’ voice mail. I am still promised over $250 in payments going for 8 months now. PS – they do not call back either. If you are asked to talk with Jonathan – immediately refuse and ask to speak to someone else. All in all – you do get the benefit of not pay 100% of the repairs. I have found you get about 15% -20% of most things covered. But after you pay over $1000 in advance AND the enormous amount of personal time – this is a huge waste of your money. I thought this would give me peace of mind – but now I fear a needed repair more than ever before. It used to be about the money – now it is my time, patience and money. Shame on me, I guess, I trusted them and fell for the scam. BTW – their address in South Dakota – it is fake. No one is there.

REPORT PATRIOT WARRANTY TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR RESTITUTION. This company is a scam or a ponzi. They currently owe me and the repair shop roughly $1350. This money has been owed since October 2021. I have called several times and been given multiple stories why I haven't received the checks. I found success through filing a complaint with my state Attorney Generals Office. Patriot refused to answered by BBB complaint. I also reached out to abc news Call for Action and was contacted. They emphasized to tell others that have been scammed to contact their state Attorney Generals Office. Do this everyone there is power in numbers to run this company out of business and collect the money due to us!

This is by far the worst extended warranty please do not buy into this contract. I bought this warranty they charged me then when I took my car to the dealership they waited 4 days to tell me they was not covering the repairs or the rental car I had I was out a total of 750.00. They said my car was previously a rental car so due to that they breached the contract then they owed me a refund of 590.00 which I had paid into the warranty they gave me the round around having me on hold for 1-2 hours at a time just to hang the phone on me. They 1st told me I should receive my refund 7-10 business days it’s been over 90 days almost 4 months since I suppose to receive my refund still have not received it. I’m looking into taking them to civil court due to a breach of contract and me not receiving my refund this company is a fraud and scam. Please don’t waste your time with them.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY. Every person you talk to at this company will tell you something different and their story will change frequently. I got a 5 year highest end warranty these scum bags offer on my Tesla. With it being a Tesla, any warranty conversations are complicated since car has different parts. They told me everything except wear and tear items like tires and breaks were covered. I filed a claim in September of 2021 (it is now Jan 2022). It was for about $1600 of work. At the time, I was told the entirety of the damages were covered and I would receive a check in the mail for $1600. I haven't received my check in the mail so I called back in today to follow up. It took 3 hours to get someone on the phone and their online system is garbage. It just shows there is a claim with no notes, status, anything. After getting someone on the phone they claimed that they sent a check to me but it got returned. Funny, also funny they never notified me. Then they told me that the new check they are sending me is for $400. I told them that the work was for $1600 and they said majority of things were not covered (remember in September I was told a $1600 check was in the mail and all of it was covered). They refused to send me any documentation or even provide me with a copy of my coverage. No check is coming I am sure. When I then asked to cancel my coverage because this is a scam they told me that they would "send me an email". I was assured i would get a pro rated credit if I cancelled which also appears to be a LIE. Save your $, go get a real warranty. These people are morons, they lie, they are as rude as can be (one guy was screaming at me on the phone for reading him the paragraph in MY POLICY that stated the items in my claim were covered telling me I was wrong). COMPLETE SCAM!

I was considering buying a mini cooper for my daughter. I would only consider buying this type of car with a warranty of some sort, so i contacted patriot. They took all the car info, said it was good, quoted a price and i bought it. First claim denied because it was registered as a commercial vehicle for the first 15k miles. The car was used as a service loaner from BMW dealership. They denied the claim, and offered a partial refund for a prorated time frame of having the warranty. After i complained enough, they agreed to a full refund that would take 30-60 days to receive. They should never have sold me the warranty if they never intended to cover a repair.

This is a Fraudulent Warranty company. I am telling you this from personal experience and it would behoove you to take my advice. I bought 2 warranties from them and within 6 months I cancelled both of them for not paying automotive dealership for work performed. I gave them every SILLY thing they required to get my refunds. I gave them Notarized letters, proof of odometer reading, dates that I eventually sold the cars. It has been a year now and still NO refunds. Phone calls go unanswered, voice mail goes not responded to, BBB has No meaning to them. I contacted South Dakota's VFW on my behalf but they blew them off also. The VFW did reach out to them but PW could care less about Disabled Veterans. Stay away from this Fraudulent Company.

A horrible experience. I need to cancel my contract. They sent me an online form Which I filled out and submitted. There is an affidavit I need to get from them in order to provide odometer reading. They will not return my call. The only time someone answers the phone is when I call the sales number. When they figure out I have an issue with an existing account they cut me off and transfer me to customer service where you have to leave a voicemail. No will return my call. This has been going on for two months. I paid $1610 for a warranty. When I had a $400 claim they took two months to send a cheap part from China leaving me without a vehicle for almost 10 weeks. I need help with this issue!

I purchased coverage in July 2021 when my warranty with another company expired. When I needed service, the Mercedes of Arlington, VA dealer couldn’t reach the warranty company for two weeks. When I requested to cancel the warranty, Jonathan B promised to improve service and pay for the service needed. When the parts were ordered, Patriot reneged on all offers for payment. I called again to cancel service and wasted an hour on the phone with the person trying to convince me that I needed Patriot Warranty. I do not recommend using this provider. I purchased the warranty in November 2020 in July 2021 I had an issue with my Jeep and called Patriot for repair authorization and was told when I purchased the warranty I never replied back to an email they’d sent in November but they’d charged my bank account full amount in November so I asked for a full refund and was told if I canceled I would lose 60% of the purchase amount which I couldn’t understand since they showed inactive so I said whatever send me the remaining refund I was promised a refund within 60 days after I never received I called again this week and was told I needed to send odometer reading before I would get refund which was never requested in July. SCAM as they will not pay your repair bills my ten phone calls to try and honor each additional request after car was towed into a Dodge dealer ship and was required to show three years of maintence records pictures from the dealership for a fuel pump. The dealership service manager was asked to explain why and how it broke. Then they only paid 1/3 of the bill and hung up on dealership. I have been without my vehicle for three weeks and my phone number as now known because they will not talk or pay . They are not trustworthy and I have spent over six hours trying to jump over the many new requirements they want to you to provide, then they will not honor my contract and no license to do business in my state and no way to sever them with a law suit has been found yet.

This company is SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! We purchased an extended warranty early March 19th, apparently it took 30 days to be activated so we cancelled it on March 30th. It was said that they would refund our money in 60 business days, which was due on June 22th. We kept asking for the refund week after week, they made up all kind of reasons to make us wait another week and so on, but until today, we haven't got anything. It seemed like there are only 2 people (1 man & 1 woman) answering their hotline because I recognized the same voices. They never reply to e-mails, they disappeared after getting money from us. I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This is not a good company for anyone to use for an extended warranty. They do not do what they promised. They will refer you to fine prints that you signed when you complain of their faults, they know those terms are not very clear. They signed you on, easily and charge your bank account or card for the coverage that they know will not be possible, without clarifying some hidden clause with customers. They are fraudulent company. they will rather cancel you and and promise to refund you within 60 days. As I write this, for over 30 days from the time I put up a claim that they finally refused my claim and decided to cancel my policy. I have not been refunded, even with the urgent need of the money, to go repair my vehicle elsewhere. They allow me to keep my vehicle with dealer for a week and paid diagnosis front my pocket. No refund. I do not advice any normal person to deal with this company.

Was called and offered a deal i was shocked to receive but felt like it was just too good to be true, read the reviews on this site, and looked up the best companies, patriot wasnt even on the list i found, and then to see the polarized reviews. You can tell there is so much detail in the negative reviews, and the positive ones are all the same length and submitted in batches all at the same time… thank you everyone for posting reviews, seems you have saved me in so many ways. Not even made a victim and can already see that they are a scam. I dont understand how they cant be sued or reported to the BBB. They called and wanted/tried so hard to get me to make my payment for 5 years within the initial call. I called endurance right after for a quote and wanted to set up payments monthly. Hmmmm I wonder why Patriot would want the money all up front, as opposed to endurance presenting an offer that shows they are comfortable with or without your patronage and puts some control in the hands of the customer. I purchased my extended warranty through Patriot Warranty and I have been anything but satisfied with my experience. Although the warranty was cheap, I have been waiting for a reimbursement for almost 6 months now. I have called many times throughout the months, and every time I am told the same thing. They inform me that they are an answering line, can’t transfer me to anyone, can’t give me another number to call, that they will label my claim as urgent, and somebody will get back to me. For the past 6 months, nobody has reached out to me regarding my claim and I have still not been reimbursed. I had an extended warranty with Patriot Warranty, when I went to make a claim, it was denied. They told me that since I drove my car from my house to the repair shop 3 1/3 miles, that I voided my warranty. In the fine print, (which I was told I should have remembered) if you see something wrong you are to immediately stop the car and have it towed to the repair facility. So no coverage. They offered to refund my premium, which they finally did. the refund was $1657 the cost of repairs $4399.13. I wonder why they refused to cover the claim??? I would not recommend doing business with this company......But if you do you've been warned!!!

Where to even begin. I supposedly had the best plan available. They wanted to pay like $400 to get the water pump and crossbars replaced on a Range Rover. I canceled my policy. Because it was an escalated issue, the person I spoke to said all I had to do was sign the cancelation request, and he would rush my refund. Supposedly 30 business days instead of 60. This wag in April. I called in a June, several times, and they just kept saying that checks were sent out on Fridays, so it would be coming soon. I call again August and now a representative tells me I never sent a picture of the odometer, or odometer statement. I explain I was never told to, but I send it in anyway. I ask if there is anything else I need to do. The answer is no. A few weeks later I call back because still no check. Now I'm told I didn't get some form notarized. I ask to speak to a manager. Of course, there's not one available. They transfer me, I leave a voice mail, nobody calls me back. I call back today, and I'm being transferred to a voicemail as soon as the call is picked up. Remember, all this started back in April. Here we are, end of August, and nothing still. I've been super patient, with no regard for my time or money. Beware!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is definitely fraudulent in its business, based on my experience! All you will get is lip service and an answering service, even though they advertise 24/7. Runaway!! I've been scammed out of $3,045 for this alleged extended warranty. My car has been in the shop for over a week! They said nothing in the estimate was covered, but they would do a one-time goodwill approval for a portion of the estimate. The agent that sold me the contract was Stephen W. It was supposed to be an extension of the vehicle warranty, now they are reneging and claiming things are not covered. The only time you get a live person is when you press option one to talk to someone for a new contract. That should be a clue. They don't return calls. They don't return emails. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau claim. It is now my mission to warn people so that they will not experience the same thing I did...and you can do that by looking elsewhere!!

Trustpilot...do you even screen these reviews to ensure their is legitimacy to them? Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any business, period. Purchased a warranty for nearly $5k a few months ago. Long story short, car had to be towed to a mechanic. Upon submitting my claim for the tow, work rendered, and the oil change voucher that came with the purchase of the warranty, I have yet to hear from anyone going on 3 months now. Who runs your call centers? The most uneducated folks I’ve ever dealt with, when you can actually get a hold of someone. Called my sales rep numerous times, who refers me to others. Typical run around. I asked for a prorated refund on my policy since they’ve literally paid out nothing to date, was told I would get a courtesy reimbursement for my initial claim and and overview of the cancellation process. Never disclosed what my courtesy reimbursement would be, nor what my prorated refund would be. Was simply sent a cancellation letter to sign off on, with absolutely no details on the information I requested. I typically never write reviews, but talk about a classic example of bait and switch. Salesmen make an amazing pitch to get you to sign up, then literally ghost you when it’s time to answer questions or process your claim. Complete trash! Do yourself a favor, steer clear from these clowns. How are they still in business when you actually read the horror stories on other sites? I was an idiot who was duped into a contract with this company, shame on me and anyone else that falls for this scam!

Edit 1 hour after review below: Patriot was amazingly quick to respond to me after I posted the review below. They told me that my mechanic was overcharging me for the water pump and that they would ship one out to the mechanic and reimburse me for a rental car during the additional delay. Patriot is only approving a bit over $500 for the replacement. My highly trusted and accredited mechanic gave them an estimate of just over $1000. Volkswagen quoted me $1172 for the replacement. This is not an American car and I am not sure how Patriot came up with a reimbursement cost of just over $500. I am not going to be delayed any longer and hope that they reimburse me in a timely fashion for a rental. I have no time for this. Now I will use this and other platforms to share my experience with car owners looking for an extended warranty. Not sure how so many positive reviews were given here. I bought 2 warranties and finally had a claim. Water pump replacement. When I purchased the policies, the sales person said that I would usually not have to send maintenance records but if I did have to it would be just that - general maintenance records. 8 days ago I brought my car to the mechanic as I noticed a antifreeze leak. Water pump needed replacement. Took 3 days for anyone from Patriot to answer or return a message to my mechanic. Patriot requested an estimate and maintenance records. Mechanic sent both of Patriot's requests. Mechanic tried to get approval for repairs but was told it would take 2 days for approval. Then Patriot asked for records related to an oil leak which was fixed by replacing the oil plug. Once again they delayed the approval of the water pump replacement until they received this record. First of all, replacing an oil plug is not general maintenance. Nor does an oil plug have anything to do with the water pump. I have wasted time on nearly 10 phone calls, several of which went to voicemail and no return call. My mechanic is wasting numerous hours as well. 8 days in and still no approval and I am without a car. Just hung up again with a supervisor who made promises. I will not hold my breath.

Patriot warranty is a scam. Most, if not all of their positive reviews are fake. They deny all claims and take forever to respond. Then claim they will give you a refund (after you complain multiple times). Then the refund never comes. Looking them up I find complaints and law suits everywhere. This company is a marketing company... not a warranty company. They are skilled at taking your money and then not covering anything. Ask your local mechanic or dealer service department if they have ever heard of Patriot.. Mine hadn't. Not the Chevy dealer OR the Ford dealer. And both went around and around with patriot over months until they finally denied claims. The dealers told me they had never seen anything like this before. This company needs to be shut down. Look at all of their bad reviews... they all seem to tell the same story.

BEWARE! please read before doing business with these scammers!!I purchased an extended auto warranty from Patriot Warranty in Oct 2020 for $4250.00. In the policy contract I did not see coverage of a certain component in the suspension system (hydraulic accumulators). I sent an email to Patriot asking if these components would be covered. I received by email that these components would be covered even though not in the fine print. I recently filed a claim in Jan 2021 that showed replacing these items. The claim was denied even after I showed the written confirmation of coverage. The manager that denied the claim is Marcus Phelps and the sales person in Kevin Taylor. After reading reviews on these folks I see there are many like me. scammed! My premium has been refunded but now I am left with no warranty and paying a $3700 repair bill. Even the dealer said they had never seen anything like this deception. Deal with these people at your own risk.

I purchased a warranty in January, but upon further research decided to cancel the contract under their 30 day full refund policy. I have contacted them three times now to cancel the contract. The first telephone call I did not receive their "cancellation" email supposedly sent. The second call I never received a return telephone call. And the third call I was told the cancellation email form was sent to me on January 26th. I did not receive it! Today I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. The reason for my cancellation is that I checked many other warranty companies and the Patriot Warranty cost was literally one-half of at least a dozen other companies. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Not a member of Better Business Bureau either. Also, I believe their "Trust reviews" to be artificial and not actually from customers. I believe in reviews, but Patriot Warranty is a scam in my opinion. They are not a warranty company; they are a marketing company that sells other company's warranty. Also, terrible customer service.

Mad Customer ,

Terrible company they’re there to take money and deny your claim I purchased the warranty for my vehicle and after a few months of having it my vehicle started messing up so I took it to the Dodge dealership to get it serviced after trouble shooting the issue they submitted the claim for the repair they asked for service history of the vehicle which I had only maintenance records they asked for more than that which I told them I didn’t have anymore the service rep continued to call for claim approval and after 3 weeks they denied my claim making up a fake Carfax report saying my vehicle had been in a flood back in 2020, I fought and argued with their customer service rep so at the end they decided to cancel my warranty on their own and here I am still waiting on my refund STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS AND LIERS

If someone reads this "Buyer Beware", If not sure those other "fake reviews are stating, but, this compnay took my money and ran. Don't let them do that to you. I did some online research on one of the "Fake" rating sites inorder to find out how to get ripped off. I brought the warranty a few months ago, took my car in to the dealership to get fixed, while after 2 months I haven't heard a word from the warranty company!!! Could it be that my engine repair would cost $27,000 and they would give a answer to the BMW Service Manager Never, Nerver again (actually I bought 2 warranties for both of my cars) Seeking a Lawyer that specializes warranty law, got to get my money back and warn others to stay away from this company

This company is involved with bad faith claims handling. I have had two claims in 2022 and they have never paid either one of them but Kyle who is the only one that occasionally answers if you do not get the "enter the extension number" answer and then they hang up on you continues to put you on hold forever or hangs up on you or just out and out lies to you! I have filed a claim with the Dept of Insurance in CA.

I purchased Patriot extended warranty coverage for my vehicle, Premier Elite Plan ending 09/10/2023. Auto Repair Service Center and I have been trying to contact the carrier for assistance regarding the recent repair coverage without any response from them for two weeks now. We called Patriot Warranty and left a voice message numerous times since nobody ever answered the phone call and leaving a voice message has been the only available option.

I would like to explain my evaluation of the product of Auto warranty given to me by Patriot warranty. This product is substandard as they do not back the product when you need to use it. The reason I did not like the product is that you cannot contact them as they do not answer their phones or email addresses. As such the warranty that I purchased for $3,500 is absolutely worthless. I suggest that no one fall into the Trap that I did and by any warranty from this company

I purchased an auto warranty insurance policy from this company back in August 2020 for $1,150. I submitted a claim in May 2022 and another claim in July 2022. I have not yet been reimbursed. I was told twice that I would receive reimbursement at the end of June and again at the end of August. As of this date nothing has been paid by Patriot Warranty Insurance.

This is a terrible company. Don’t waste your money. We have been trying to cancel the warranty, that they told us was fully refundable, for months now because we no longer have the vehicle and they won’t give us a refund. We’ve called them multiple times and sent in a notarized letter but we are still waiting for a refund. They don’t even deserve the one star.

You’d have to have your head examined to get a warranty threw these a-holes!

HORRIBLE company, if that is truly what they are. They are crooks and just take your money. When it comes time to file a claim they only authorise used part costs, then refuse to answer calls or emails. Jonathan B and Samuel D opperate this scheme. They will not answer after the state they will pay a portion of the repairs. DO NOT BUY. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
