Plan Options

Infinite Auto Protection offers three kinds of vehicle service contracts.

  • Foundation
  • Modern
  • Prime

The Foundation plan provides coverage for essentials like the engine, transmission, and more. The Modern plan covers everything the Foundation plan does and includes coverage for steering. The Prime plan offers the most coverage. It covers everything the Modern plan covers plus repairs for things like the super/turbo charger, ABS brakes, and hi-tech items.

All plans include 24-hour roadside assistance, rental car assistance, free towing, repair shop choice, and flexible payments.

Benefits

Infinite Auto Protection offers several benefits to its members. It offers discounts for full payment or a low monthly payment. The company will also match prices to save customers money, with discounts as high as 60 percent.

Infinite Auto Protection has a 24/7 claims process. Customers’ claims are processed quickly without drawing out the process of payment.

Infinite Auto Protection also has a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If a customer is unsatisfied with the service within the first 30 days of the contract, Infinite Auto Protection will refund the money.

The Bad

  • Contracts May Vary
  • Missing Cost Information

Contracts May Vary

Infinite Auto Protection provides useful information online to help customers learn more about its service contracts and company. However, the information online is very general. Customers should read their service contract and ask questions to be sure they understand the exact terms of their agreement.

Missing Cost Information

While Infinite Auto offers a free quote, flexible payment options, and advertises a low monthly cost, specific information about the deductible amount and price range is unavailable. Customers should talk to a representative to understand the specific terms of their contract.

The Bottom Line

Infinite Auto Protection is a great car warranty company to consider. Its plans provide good service coverage and important benefits for used car owners. Car owners should work with a representative to understand the cost and terms of the contracts they qualify for. Used car owners should consider Infinite Auto Protection when looking for a car warranty.

I've been paying my premiums as scheduled for nearly 2 years & I now have an issue (the AC in my MINI) that needs to be repaired. I have called the company 15 times, & only spoken to one less than helpful person. All calls involved extensive hold times, & in 14 of the 15 calls, I was disconnected after being on hold for 15-20 mins. I finally got a claim number. That was last week. I have sent several emails as well. My mechanic also cannot get thru to a person to get the claim authorized. No one, & especially not a business, has time to sit around, wait on hold & be hung up on, multiple times several days in a row. It's August, in AZ, and I need to have my AC repaired, period. It's supposed to be covered. This company is absolutely useless & continues to blame their poor response times (or lack of any response) on COVID-19. There is no excuse, except that they're scamming people, apparently.

Infinite Auto Protection will play every game in the book to avoid paying $1 in claims. It's a very easy formula: They require the insured to call one number and get a claim authorization number, which is given to the repair shop. Repair shop also has to call the same number, but select a different option, in order to get authorization for the repairs. Infinite simply does not answer the repair shop calls required before any repairs can take place. I had my car in the shop for 6 business days and they called multiple times per day with one of 2 results: 1) they were hung up on or 2) nobody ever picks up. They stayed on the line up to 40 mins and the call was never answered. I even called Infinite and managed to get thru only ot have the only person that works there, Vivi, tell me that I could not connect her with the repair shop. I had to pay out of pocket for all costs. This has happened twice to me. One repair goes back to February 2021 and Infinite ignores my emails and tells me the claim is in process. Infinite has not paid 1 dime of the claims, nor informed me as to why. This would all be eliminated if the repair shop could simply interact with Infinite over the web. This is a horrible company and I do not wish anyone else to suffer the agony I have in dealing with them. I wish i could select no stars. They don't deserve even one.

I cancelled my policy over 3 months ago and they were supposed to give me back my refund but it's been tied up with billing for the past 3 months..I get the same person Vivi on the phone and I keep asking Raymond to give me a call and no one has called me or made attempt to send refund of any kind. The same answer is billing is handling this and that's all the information we have at this time....I have asked to talk to billing... the president of the company...anyone else besides Vivi. I always get her after the 35 minute hold time. Stay away from this shady company...Their warranties are horrible...I'll never use them again.

i am a service provider my client had infinite auto protection on his vehicle .he had a mechanical issue with his suspension , infinite would not pay for quality replacement parts and instead shipped us cheap aftermarket parts and we only installed them against our better judgement . we also could not provide a warranty on our labor because we did not supply the parts . not ideal right?. them we submitted the claim for payment for the labor and that was in march 2020 !! STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT AS OF JUNE 9TH 2020 . NOT GOOD !! . so now our valued customer is driving around with inferior parts worse than his damaged ones and we have not been compensated by Infinite Auto Protection . very poor experience for our customer and us . i actually had infinite myself and i have since cancelled my agreement with them . my name is james semple . my shop is Auto Repair Laguna Beach

Here is what happened on me. When I talk with the salesman before I purchase it, he told me that if you buy prime, anything broken on your car under the contractor listed items, I can bring to any dealer, Mechanic shops and they will pay labor and parts. After few months more than 1k miles driven, My car radiator is leaking, went to the dealer and confirmed it not the pre-condition. I call the Infinite Auto Protection, they told me they only cover 105 dollar for labor/hr and Mercedes dealer is $225/ hr. for the parts (radiator) Dealer require to install OEM part. which is only $360, Per contractor it shall payoff by Infinite Auto Protection, but they don't. instead they pay off the customer service man said they can "SHIP" the part to me and I bring to dealer to install. Mercedes dealer of course will not accept this way, and non or any Mercedes Dealer will accept out-source parts. Here is what happen, total repair cost 3.5 hour x 225 plus parts 360 and change coolant water is $1,225, I need to pay $910 and Infinite Auto Protection pays $315. This is listed on the service included item in the contract. Why the sales man said I can choose to go to the dealer to fix the car? I have't mention I even paid $275 diagnose fee which is not covered. I can't believe that. I spend $1,575 for only 10k mile of protection plan and they don't even cover the majority of cost. The even worse thing is I decided cancel the service, they agree it and want me upload the current mileage photo, I uploaded on OCT 09th 2020. they said will refund me in few weeks, until now. It's been 7 more months passed, I still didn't get refund, not even a update message. I called many times to customer service, they always said they are processing now, A refund processing for 7 months? I'm asking any supervisor I can call or email? they said no, No email no phone and no name. Nothing I can do. Before purchase this service, please think carefully, listed the contract number here (55415313) if Infinite Auto Protection see this message here, the will admit I'm the real client of them.

Horrible customer service from Cameron and Ray. When I took out the plan they were extremely helpful and called back every time. I had to cancel the coverage and they would not answer phone calls or emails and then would hang up the phone when they knew it was me. I even asked for a supervisor name and they would not provide one and finally said his name was Matt and that he usually comes in at 11 am but he is still not there at 11:45 am. You get what you pay for. Thought this was a good company because I was referred by a family member but they have horrible customer service now, what do they do when you have a claim. Beware. Dr. J

Like everyone else almost impossible to file a claim or get them on the phone. When I call they are rude and make it seem its my fault. The option for repair shops to report an issue is hangs up on the shops or sends them to voicemail and ever calls them back. Worst service and to me a fraudulent company that will rip you off. Ultimately this company is a scam! Can't get ahold of anyone then when you do they hang up on you and tell you they will get back to you which they dont! There approval of claims is 10% of the cost of the replacement. Unbelievable! I have never dealt with a company like this before! Then the employees cannot give names phone numbers or emails to upper management or their CEO because they dont even know it supposedly. What a crock!!

This company is a complete scam. They refuse to cover what are clearly covered repairs, have no real chain of escalation, and are now not even answering the phone! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I have proof of their scams.

Lied about coverage. Did not pay for repairs and parts that were listed as covered in a contract. Rude over the phone. Drop phone multiple times during conversation. Refused to connect to underwriter.
