Founded in 2006, Endurance is a car warranty provider that offers a variety of options for consumers seeking vehicle protection plans. The company offers extended warranty protection for new cars and used vehicles under 10 years old with less than 150,000 odometer miles. Vehicles with high mileage are not eligible for Endurance protection plans. Although, Endurance may give some exceptions to those rules depending on the factors of the specific situation. Whether you have a new or pre-owned car, Endurance has a protection plan to suit a customer's warranty needs.

As part of its coverage, Endurance also offers 24-hour roadside assistance. Upon signing up for car warranty coverage, Endurance offers a free 30-day or 1,000-mile money back guarantee. Potential clients can choose a protection plan from four coverage plans. This makes it possible to find an affordable plan that offers good coverage and value.

Warranty Plans and Coverage

Endurance offers four different vehicle protection coverage options:

  • Select Premiere —Select Premiere is for higher mileage vehicles. The components of the car that the select premiere plan provides coverage for are; air conditioning, cooling system, drive axle, electrical components, engine, fuel, transfer case, transmission, and turbo/supercharger.
  • Secure — Secure plan is Endurance's most affordable plan. The components of the car that the secure plan provides coverage for are; drive axle, engine, transfer case, transmission, and turbo/supercharger.
  • Superior — The Superior plan offers the highest level of stated component coverage available. The sections of the car that the superior plan provides coverage for are; air conditioning, brakes, cooling system, drive axle, electrical components, engine, suspension, fuel, gaskets, steering, transfer case, transmission, and turbo/supercharge.
  • Supreme — The Supreme plan is very similar to the factory warranty that a new car comes with and will provide maximum protection for all of your vehicle's parts. The components of the car that this plan provides coverage for are; air conditioning, brakes, cooling system, drive axle, electrical components, engine, suspension, fuel, gaskets, steering, transfer case, transmission, and turbo/supercharger.

Each of these types of plans include certain exclusions so it is important to view an Endurance auto protection contract to better understand the terms of this auto warranty coverage and get the specific rate for each coverage option.

Endurance's warranty services and auto warranty options allow car owners to find a service contract that best meets their needs and covers major auto repairs.

Warranty Cost

The monthly premium of a car warranty is determined by the age, mileage, and use of the vehicle. Because of the wide variety of different plans at Endurace, there is a wide range of options for almost every budget. The average cost of an Endurance car warranty is typically $350–$700 per year. However, the cost varies depending on the extended coverage desired and the condition of the car. For more detailed information about what auto warranty costs and monthly payments would be for your car, contact Endurance directly.

Other Features

Each of Endurance's four extended car warranty plans also offer additional car assistance:

  • 24/7 roadside assistance
  • Towing to the nearest authorized facility (within 25 miles)
  • Lockout assistance
  • Battery start service
  • Emergency fuel delivery (owner must pay for the cost of the fuel)
  • Flat tire changes (with owner's own spare tire)
  • Car rental reimbursement
  • Trip interruption aid

During any 72-hour period, owners are entitled to one roadside assistance service covered under the policy.

Rental car reimbursement applies during the time that a vehicle is in the repair shop for repairs covered by an Endurance service plan. These rental car benefits are limited to a maximum of $30 per day for five days per occurrence. Assistance with rental car costs is a great-added feature to Endurance's vehicle service contracts.

Clients can receive trip interruption aid when a covered part or system causes a vehicle breakdown while the vehicle is more than 100 miles from home. With this assistance owners can be reimbursed up to $450 for costs incurred while the vehicle was not drivable and in the repair facility. Owners can receive a maximum of $150 per day for three days to offset costs incurred during a covered breakdown. Knowing that this is an added feature offers peace of mind.

Each additional service and feature shows Endurance's commitment to providing great value to its customers and increasing clients' peace of mind and to maintain customer satisfaction.

Insured Plans

Endurance's extended auto warranty plans are 100 percent insured by some of the largest and most respected insurance companies in the nation. This benefits the consumers who buy a warranty from Endurance because it gives more peace of mind and the assurance that Endurance will be able to meet claims obligations on its extended car protection plans.

Member of the Vehicle Protection Agency

The Vehicle Protection Agency us a non-profit trade association that protects firms in the automotive service contract industry. They educate consumers on their rights, protect consumers, and make sure that the company is up-to-code and using the best business practices. This is an important resource for consumers so they can receive important information and voice their concerns. Endurance is not only a member of the Vehicle Protection Agency, but is a gold member which the company has earned over years of serving its customers honestly and in the best way possible. Not every car warranty company is a member of the Vehicle Protection Agency and even fewer are gold members.

The Bad

  • No Corrosion Coverage

No Corrosion Coverage

Unfortunately, Endurance does not provide warranty coverage or protection from corrosion or rust to its customers. However, this is a fairly standard practice among extended warranty providers. Most do not cover the repair costs damage caused by normal wear and tear or damage resulting from failure to properly service and maintain the care for your vehicle.

Car owners should keep their cars well-maintained and make sure it receives service regularly to ensure that they do not void their warranty.

The Bottom Line

Car repairs can be quite expensive, so an extended warranty offers protection against these repairs. Endurance is a trusted provider among extended warranty companies. Its extended coverage plans are all insured, so clients can be confident that claims for expensive vehicle repairs will be met and the performance of their car will be maintained.

Endurance offers four different insured warranty plans for potential clients to choose from, which makes it easy for clients to find the extended car coverage they need at the ideal rate.

Endurance publishes sample service contracts online. Customers can read a sample warranty contract to get a better sense of the types of extended warranty coverage offered, the deductible amounts, and the terms and conditions. All Endurance car warranty plans include 24/7 roadside assistance, rental car benefits, and other helpful features.

The transparency and benefits that comes with an Endurance extended warranty show the company's commitment to good client care. They also make Endurance competitive with other car warranty companies.

Buying an extended warranty can provide peace of mind for a client, and there are many warranty companies to choose from. For those looking for a coverage plan for major repairs because the manufacturer's warranty expired or because they want to protect a recently-acquired used vehicle with similar coverage, Endurance vehicle protection plans offer great coverage and benefits.

Spent 5k for an extended warranty on my used truck. Long story short, they use NADA trade in values to determine value of your vehicle (lowest possible value) and regardless of how much you spent on the policy, they will cover only up to that amount. Sales guys will never explain that part to you. I spent 5k on $2400 in covered repairs. Asked for a refund and I am supposed to getting $200 as a refund. They won't cover repairs regardless of my truck being in the mileage and timeframe of the contract and kept $2200 of my money. Total scam for anyone with a used vehicle. STAY AWAY!

very poor, the very first time I had a claim it was obvious from the very outset of the claim the company was trying not to provide coverage. After two weeks and hours on the phone the disclaimer they took was "I had failed to follow all manufacturers recommended maintenance programs" hours on the phone, searching maintenance records and having found the vast majority of them!! So the ultimate outcome.... they are going to return all of my $$ paid minus a $50.00 cancelation fee. You ask why? It is cheaper to return my money than to cover the claim.. if you have not followed all of your owners manual maintenance checks DO NOT buy this warranty because it is VOID already.

My experience has been horrible. After speaking with several people and spending three weeks sorting through an issue with my claim, the dealership still was not cleared to fix my car. I was told that I needed to file a new claim for my front axles, which are covered, and that was occurred. However, before the dealership could explain the claim fully, they were told that the axles would not be covered. This is the second time that this has occurred. I understand that the first claim contained parts that were not covered and that is why the claim was denied. However, after following the steps of taking the car to the dealership, as instructed by Endurance, filing a new claim for the COVERED parts, as instructed by ENDURANCE. I am left with the same result. This warranty is not worth the money or the time that you will have to spend chasing them to get your COVERED parts repaired. LESSON LEARNED!!

I called them when I thought our current insurance policy was running out. After our initial conversation, I did some further research and realized we still had 4 years of coverage with our current Policy. I called Endurance back and tried to cancel what I had initially agreed to. I ha been informed that I could get a full refund within 30 days of the transaction. When I called back and tried to cancel and get a refund, I was given the runaround. I called back a few days later, and was again given the runaround and was told the original person I had talked with was busy on another line and she would call me back. She never did. So I called again the next day and finally got someone who understood my position, and granted my cancellation and refund. I was not happy with the number of days and people I had to talk with before I got some positive action.

I went a whole month without my car because endurance took forever to approve the repairs which was only to change a thermostat. The job only took 2 days to complete but for some reason endurance has an extremely slow process. My car is leases so basically I paid for a full month and didn't get to use the vehicle not to mention I also had to pay the deductible and to top it off they will only reimburse me for 2 days worth of a rental that I had for a week. What a waste of money.

Terrible. I waited on hold for over an hour just to be told they wouldn’t cover my repairs strictly upon a technicality. Can’t get anyone to call me back, Was told it would be DAYS before a manager could even speak with me, they lied about the benifits offered for signing up with them. Will be canceling soon

I purchased a policy with endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Sent the email again on Nov 20th and the rude woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for check to be sent. I asked from what date would that start Nov 3rd or Nov 20th? She said Nov 20th. Called back on Jan 8th and representative said that they still have not received the email. I forward all the previous emails to him directly showing that emails were sent. He told me not sure why they “Didn’t get them email” but would try to get process speed up but could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get the check. Called back on Feb 2nd and they said that it was being processed. After 2 hr wait on the phone they told they check would be cut on Feb 8. On Feb 19 called AGAIN for them to tell me that my check did “Not Make the Batch” to be cut on Feb 8th. The next batch to be cut is Feb 22nd. Tried to get them to help me understand why it “didnt make the batch”. She said all depends on what my Q number is. Basically I will have to wait for Feb 22 to hold my money hostage without interest.

Horrible customer service!!!!! I was told my account was not active when I called and regarding repairs and I was left to foot the bill!!!! A month later I get a letter from them and it showed my account was active... I called their 1-800 number and all I got was the run around and refusal to say anything to me except, "we're sorry Mister we can't help you" - If someone from our company told you when you called that your account was not active, there is nothing we can do for you... sorry. I then asked for a supervisor or manager and the extremely RUDE customer service associate, put me on hold for over 10 minutes and I held on onto someone got on the phone. They then asked me forward all of my receipts to them in email and they provided a direct email address. This was over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on my reimbursement and every time I have called to inquire, they have blown me off and done the same crap every time!!!! Disappointing that a company like this would rip off a paying customer -

I have made $125.13 monthly pmts for around 3 years.. November 20 car broke down..garage called to leave diagnostic and were told have me call. I called and problem with Carfax...lady I bought my car from had sold me her black 2013 Chrysler 300 and she had a white 2013 Chrysler 300 too. She sold me the black one and gave me the wrong title and I found out n summer at DMV AND CONTACTED HER. SHE CORRECTED THE MISTAKE. BIT IT SHOWS ON THE Carfax. ENDURANCE CANCELLED ME REFUSING TO PAY CLAIM. I WAS PENALIZED BECAUSE OF THE LADY'S MISTAKE. BUT I GAVE THE CORRECT MILEAGE AND VIN NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON. BUT TODAY I FOUND OUT THEY TRIED TO SAY I WAS DOING SOMETHING TO MY MILEAGE BUT I DID NOT. THE MAN PENALIZED ME OVER SOMETHING I DID NOT DO. THAT IS WRONG. OFFERED TO HELP ME GET A LOAN. I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS STUPID. I PAID FOR THIS WARRANTY AND I DID NOTHING WRONG. I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I WAS INNOCENT AND ENDURANCE KNEW WHAT MY CORRECT MILEAGE WAS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF MY PLAN.

I wouldn’t recommend this warranty company to anyone. It's very clear that they are not here to fix it, just take the monthly payment. I wish I had read reviews prior to obtaining their warranty services. Once you actually need Endurance, you can’t get any assistance. I've been getting the run around from this company for two months trying to get a simple claim resolved. The representatives I've worked with so far are Jaime P and Ashley S. I've been constantly placed on hold, and given misinformation or contradictory updates while trying to get my claim approved. Endurance continuously asks me to send in documents that have already been submitted and now it seems they've resorted to countless transferred calls and increasingly long hold times just to tell me the documents I've submitted multiple times are still being reviewed. Further contributing to inconsistent information—several representatives have stated that the aforementioned documents have been approved while others have insisted denial of documentation for reasons that are either inconsistent or that have been already deemed rectified by endurance. The final update—over a week ago—was from the supervisor Ashley S. She apologized for the continued miscommunication, offered to resubmit the documentation I'd previously provided, and assured me she would reach back out. Although I have reached out to Endurance for updates, the run around is continuous and I have had no correspondence from Ashley whatsoever.

Very upset with this company, I did what was required 30 days and 1.000 .miles driven. I put a claim in on day 31 and they denied it claiming my problem was there beforehand and my vehicle went down on that same day. At the present time my claim is under review after I had to go off on the lady because she acted like I was lying about my vehicle and it offended me because I did nothing wrong and my vehicle ran just fine until it broke down on me. She told me that I should have put the claim in on day 32 which is ridiculous. If my vehicle broke down on day 31 what's the difference. These people are conn artists at their finest. I am stuck without a vehicle waiting on them to review and on top of that my kids have no transportation. I really put trust in this company and the screw me over. It's a sad situation

I shined up coverage on my 2011 Chevrolet Treverse. They took my down payment, and my first payment. Two weeks later my check engine lite came on. I called my repair shop, made an appointment for the next Monday am. On Sunday my Battery lite came on. I took it to shop. Told them I had Endurane Extended Warranty. They called me after a couple oh hours told me the extended warranty would not cover the repairs. I called Endurance, then informed me the had a problem with the mileage. I gave them a letter from DMV stated the mileage was not accurate on the title because the person before me it was posted on his title too. It also stated the mileage I put on the title when I purchased it. It also showed when I had the oil changed. I gave them the mileage the day I applied. The coverage was in force. But Endurance said they were giving back my money. Because they did not check car fax in the beginning. I am very upset that they did this to me. The mileage was working properly. They should have covered my repairs. I am going to talk to a Lawyer to see my options. I am sure they broke the contract and should be liable. They excepted my down payment and the first month payment making the contract valid They are causing me a lot of emotional distress. I would not recommend Endurance Warranty to anyone.

I did what was demanded of me at the start process too drive my car 1000 miles and also do 30 day wait period.well I did exactly that, I actually drove my car 1700 miles but on the second day I took my car in for oil change ,coolant service and the mechanic found a rt lower control problem that I was not aware of ,so I claimed it as I was legal to do so under my contract but it was denied due to they say it was an existing problem. So I went thru the ringer to try to get them to fix to no avail .they denied all my claims ,so beware that even if you do 30 days or drive 1000 miles they 99% chance any of your claims will be denied.they told me had it been 3 months down the road that then its possible it would of been fixed!! CAN U BELIEVE THE NONSENSE! I was totally legal yet denied.

I purchased my contract in June of 2023 and reviewed my contract in it’s entirety. As I reviewed my contract, I signed it and agreed to the verbiage as it explains my coverage for my 2015 Hyundai Genesis. Also, the Endurance representative explained that powertrain is fully covered, however, wear and tear parts are not (which is understandable). Approximately three months later, I had to have my vehicle towed in due to the engine making an unusual noise and noticing the temperature of coolant rising above normal temperature. The mechanics performed a diagnostic and determined that the engine needed to be replaced and the that the head gasket had blown. Per my contract, my engine is covered as well as my gaskets and seals in conjunction with a covered part (which is my engine). The service department filed a claim with Endurance. Endurance denied the claim and advised that gasket and seals aren't covered as a stand alone issue. I spoke with an Endurance representative who stated that the service department informed them that the gasket and seals were the only issue with my vehicle (was a complete lie). I immediately contacted the service department on three way with Endurance. The service department representative stated that they informed Endurance that the engine needed to replaced and that the current engine had a blown head gasket. The service department also requested to have an Endurance claims adjuster come on-site to observe the vehicle themselves, but Endurance declined and denied the claim. I called Endurance claims department and spoke with several representatives to get a clear explanation of why my claim was denied, when my policy explained that my repairs were covered. While going over my policy with several Endurance claim's representatives they stated things that were not in policy as to why the claim was denied and wrongfully articulated the verbiage in my policy to make up reasons why my vehicle repairs weren't going to be covered. One of the claims representative (Sarah) was rude and continuously raised her voice while speaking with me. Endurance is a complete rip-off as I also had issue using their road-side towing and had to end up using my automotive insurance roadside tow service. I'm currently completing the reconsideration process. However, I will be filing this with the better business bureau and filing a complaint on the rude representative who yelled and was extremely rude and unprofessional!! I do not recommend anyone to purchase a warranty service through Endurance. Waist of time and money!!!

Noah (?) gentleman answering transfer to 'renewal team' was EXTREMELY rude and refused to transfer to CS after 3 requests. Continued stating I DID NOT know what I was doing, even after telling him I requested the cancellation. The cancellation process, requiring Notary seal and my signature, was obliviously customer initiated and I highly resented his implication. Regrettably, ended the call by hanging up as there was no other option and I was not going to argue. This has left a terribly view of the company. Carmen in CS was very understanding and helpful. I would give her High marks in Customer satisfaction as I was very aggravated. This went a long way to restoring my faith in the company.

We are very disappointed with the service received. I would better say the service NOT received as they denied our claim due to the many contract exclusions. There is a lot of "we repair this, IF this happens" type of scenarios. They gave the car repair company the complete run around. I was under the impression that I was receiving a particular package at sign up, only to find out we were signed up under the low-end package. I requested a copy of my contract on multiple occasions as they were to send immediately after signing up for their services. It took many calls and a few months later to receive. The car repair company even stated that they are more difficult to work with in comparison to other warranty companies. After they looked at the contract, they agreed that not much was being covered. This was a complete waste of money and time. Not to mention thousands of dollars for repairs that we must come out of pocket on.

Don’t waste your money on this company. No one knows what they are doing, a rep says 1 thing and it never gets done. They lie. I’ve told them for 3 months to remove the “auto pay” and each following month they take more money out of my account automatically. I also faxed a “cancellation form” filled out & notarized as requested on 9-8-2023. I called today & spoke to a Nicole who was absolutely wonderful, she checked the fax machine and said they never got it. So she had me take a picture of the cancellation form filled out and email it to her. She received it and was going to expedite ASAP. I told her they owed me 3 mos. Of $188,75 also.

I only rated 1 star so this would get posted. This is the worst company ever for extended warranty. We need our 2017 truck repaired and it was $10,000.00 because it had carbon build up in the engine. Now, we were told by Endurance that they would not pay anything on our claim as carbon build up is our problem and not overed under the warranty. I asked why is it not covered and they stated that we need to do carbon maintenance each year. I have never heard of that. I have heard of oil changes, tunes ups, coolant maintenance, replacing breaks, replacing tires, and all the basic maintenance but never had I heard of carbon maintenance. I felt that is something they should have addressed when we signed up for the extended warranty warranty. Needless to say we wasted money for a few years and ended up dropping them as we were being ripped off. I suggest never going with them!!!

Been paying for their extended warranty for 2 years and as soon as I needed a real major repair on my SUV and my dealer called for authorization , first the dealer was hung up on, then when I called to ask what was wrong, they wouldn't tell me how much $$ would be reimbursed saying they could only tell a repair shop, then they created all kinds of hoops for the dealer to jump through asking for photos as proof and then denied a $1100.00 repair job anyway because the shop didn't get prior authorization. The CSR said "well your repair shop should have kept calling us back even if they got hung up on". Said they would tell me the same thing if I submitted the bill after, I wouldn't get reimbursed a penny because I didn't get it authorized (even though my dealer and I called 2 days in a row trying to get authorization). All extended warranty companies are sleazy, I read so many bad reviews on other companies I thought this company would be different, they're not. Their business model is just like any other "insurance" company: take in as much money as they can and then deny as many claims as they can for whatever reason. Thats how they make money and stay in business. This one's method is apparently to keep repair shops on hold for long periods of time or hang up on them or disconnect them so they can't get a claim authorized in the first place. A VERY unhappy paying customer

After nearly three years of paying for Endurance coverage on our 2006 Econoline, our repair claim was denied, due to a "mileage discrepancy". It turns out that the dealer used the mileage from when THEY bought the vehicle at auction on our purchase agreement (which the salesperson told my wife was OK to use), but listed it on CARFAX at about 150 miles higher. Whichever number was used, we far exceeded the Endurance one month/1000 mile waiting period, before repairs would be covered. Endurance offered to correct the discrepancy, but would not cover the currently needed repair, and would require ANOTHER one month/1000 mile waiting period before coverage would begin. They also say that cancelling the policy will result in a "pro-rated" refund. What needs to be "pro-rated" from a total lack of coverage is beyond my comprehension. My calls to customer service to talk to a manage have been met with horrendous hold pauses, and no manager ever returned my calls. Their customer service SUCKS!

I have had Endurance coverage for several years, and until recently have not needed to use it. My AC Evaporator failed several weeks ago and I sent my vehicle to Dodge dealership for AC repairs as well as other non covered maintenance. My coverage contract listed the AC system as a covered item, and the claim for coverage of the Evaporator (by part number) that was submitted by the dealership came back from Endurance as a "covered item" which would be covered under my warranty. Days later, an inspector went to the dealership and determined that the evaporator failure was due to "normal wear and tear" and would not be covered. I called the claims department this morning and questioned them about the denial. The claims person stated that "normal wear and tear" was NOT covered and added that another reason for denial was that MY TRUCK HAD TIRES ON IT THAT WERE ONE SIZE LARGER THAN WHAT IT WAS MANUFACTORED WITH!!...based on their denial reasoning, there is NOTHING on my truck that is covered under warranty. NOTE: I bought my truck used and it has the same size tires on it as when I purchased it. Several thousands of dollars in warranty coverage that is WORTHLESS! Don't EVER buy into an Endurance warranty coverage plan expecting to have coverage...put the money you would spend on a policy into a separate savings account...you will end up money ahead.

Terrible experience with Endurance. They not only take 72 hours to have their technician come out to evaluate your actually needs the service, but they do not cover a rental car during those 3 days that your car is sitting at the service center waiting on them before service can even begin. But that’s not the worst part. Once I filed a claim, they simply canceled my policy outright, thus denying the claim leaving me with an outrageous service bill. This company is terrible. I waited on hold 6 times for over an hour. They were sure pushy to get my money and get me into a policy but then they do everything they can to deny a claim, to extent of even canceling the policy. Do not waste your time with endurance. Find someone else for your auto warranty. I wish I would have never gone forward with them due to the money they cost me, not too mention the headache and frustration they have caused.

I waited over one hour to try to get someone on the phone to help me rent a car. As the lady at the car rental place had a question. No one ever answered the phone. I had to leave because I had to get back to work. My daughter had to leave work to come and pick me up. I called four more times for a total of three hours on hold and finally got someone on the phone at 5 PM only for her to tell me that I just needed to rent the car and then submit the claim after the fact. That would have been nice to know when I was at the car rental place Epically horrible experience! At this point a complete waste of money. Also unless things improve I would not recommend this service to anyone.

HORRIBLE!!!! They are there at all hours to accept new policies, yet they are only there for cancelation at certain hours. Also I did not need to notarize anything to start making payments to them. Why do I need to get a notarized document to cancel? This company makes it more difficult on purpose so that they collect ALL of your money before you are able to think and cancel. I emailed them a few weeks a go with ZERO response. Then when I said i wanted to cancel over the phone, they put me on hold for 30 mins. Hoping I would give up. They said they had a long que. So i called right back and said "Can i be put through to the policy coordinators" without saying I wanted to cancel. They answered within 1 minute. They are liers and game players! ALSO a woman with the last name L I believe her first name was NiNa or Vivian had a prank number call me after hanging up with her. Just for simply trying to cancel my policy. She gave a whole run around and said this is a bad idea. The prank caller threatened me and acted like he wanted to beat me up. This company is very unprofessional and ONLY out for money in their pockets. BEWARE!!!

I am giving you only one star because of your association with MEPCO. They are the worse company I have ever dealt with, and unfortunately they represent your company, Endurance, a wonderful company. As a customer of Endurance, I cannot get through to MEPCO ever. For example, I keep getting calls from Endurance telling me that I have not paid my Dec. 2021 payment. But I did pay on Dec. 3rd, I have the cancelled check cashed by MEPCO on Dec. 8th. Four different billing reps. from Endurance have called me about the lack of payment and I have told them , I am looking at the cashed check to MEPCO on Dec. 8th. Today is De. 17th. and I am still getting calls. Why isn't anyone from Endurane calling MEPCO and asking where the funds are? I am very close to cancelling my Endurance policy because of your relationship with MEPCO. They are horrible! One more phone call asking me where the Dec. payment is and I am done. I paid it on Dec.4th and MEPCO cashed the check on Dec. 8th., call them and ask what's going on!!

Do not buy!!!! It is a total scam and by far the worst auto warranty I have ever had. I bought this for the peace of mind to know that my car is covered. I had a head gasket go out and the claim was denied. "Due to a lack of oil changes" which is total **. Oil changes have nothing to do with a head gasket. Even the repair shop is angry and scratching their head. I have been without a car for almost a month. They will do and say anything to not pay out. Yet they sure take the money right out of my account every month. Regardless of how easy they make it seem in their commercials and advertising on their website...don't fall for this scam. Pick a different company. Save yourself the trouble. My last auto warranty experience was nothing like this. This has been nothing but a headache. They are rude and treat you like absolute garbage. Run far far away from this pathetic excuse of a company.

Need a zero star rating. DO NOT waste your money on this. They will tell you that brakes AND rotors are covered, when in reality they are not!! I took my SUV in for brakes and rotors plus a steering issue and a check engine light. The check engine light was covered by GM (thank goodness), but Endurance will not cover the steering gear for my power steering. Was told it was "just a noise and not mechanical". So I guess I have to wait until my steering goes out and I either hit another car or a tree before they will fix it. They will not fix my brakes and rotor because it's "not mechanical, it's maintainance", but will give me a $140 credit to fix just the brakes, not the rotors (even though one of them is warped). This company is bogus and I now regret ever signing up. So I now have to pay for another month before it will be cancelled. FYI - to those that are just getting started with Endurance and haven't filed a claim, please pray you never have to as they will fight tooth and nail to NOT pay anything out. You will be changing those 5-star ratings to 1-star.

My engine went out in my car and Endurance denied the claim. I ask to why they denied the claim they gave me a bogus excuse said I miss an oil change. I didn't get my oil change once it was during the Pandemic because I wasn't driving the car. After all, I and my husband were on furlough for three months. So my car was at the repair for 2 months. Sad to say they still haven't fixed my car. They try to only take care of the parts only and suggest that I cover the labor. They are a joke I'm in the process of suing them. They're so used to people giving in or giving up but I'm not a pay too much money for my warranty. Besides, I know it's going to cost me to take them to court but it will be worth it. I lost so much money paying for rental cars and still paying for a car that's not working. How can someone take advantage of a person.

Submitted my car info to get a quote to cover my Corvette and the experience with the sales representative was extremely poor. I interact with salespeople on a regular basis and I must day the person I spoke to on the phone was the pushiest, most aggressive salesperson I've ever spoke to. When I asked questions about the policy and expressed concern that a certain component might cause future issue, the salesperson became very defensive. I tried to end the call cordially, thanking the salesperson for the quote and telling her I'd like to compare options before making a decision, she would not take 'no' for an answer. After a few attempts to end the call cordially I finally just had to hang up. I'm not giving a penny to this shady company.

I am going to leave this review on every site I can to ensure someone else does not waste their time with this company. This is a horrible company. I have three cars with them which I am now canceling. They don't make the process easy. I thought I had canceled one a month ago but was told today I was supposed to fill out some paperwork that I never received to complete the cancellation. So, all the problems started from the Get GO. They stated we would receive vouchers that we could use to purchase things, which was a lie, they are just coupons, which I should of know at that point they were liars. Then I needed an oil change, getting the oil changed was not an easy process and the company changing the oil had to be on hold forever, so we decided to sit on hold with them while we waited to get an oil change, the employee and Endurance said if we sent in a signed receipt they would refund us the money, but then after we paid for it and tried to send it in they originally told us that is not how you do it, but they would refund the money this time. Not how you do it, this is what your employee told us. Anyways, next, I had issues with my Van which was a nightmare to get shorted and then the repair shop and to call multiple times and be on hold forever before it got fixed. Then when I needed a second car to be fixed the repair company again had to be on hold forever and didn't have time to keep waiting for help that we ended up just having to pay for the vehicle. Then I called to short out the fact that I still have not received my refund on the oil change and the issue with the other car and their hold time, to be told my truck was never canceled, that I had to fill out paperwork that I never received and was never told about. Then I was rudely spoken to by the employee and have decided to cancel all my vehicles now. A horrible, place would never recommend.

READ THE SMALL PRINT... Purchased a 36 month policy for my 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS in October of 2018. Fortunately, I only put 20K on the car over the past two years and the vehicle was relatively reliable during it's ownership, filing only one $900 claim less the $100 deductible. I recently purchased a new car, that has a full factory warranty. I contacted Endurance to cancel my contract, and file for a refund for the remaining 11 months in premiums or approx $1100. Much to my surprise, I was told that my single clam of $900 would be deducted from the remaining balance, resulting in a refund of less than $100. The Endurance CSR offered to apply my balance to another car, but that would require signing a new 4 year agreement. To add insult to injury, to cancel my policy I have to fill out a "paper form" (that they would email) have it notarized, and fax it back. Not very user friendly and seems rather antiquated in 2021. If you are planning on trading your car before the end of the term of your policy and God forbid file a clam, don't expect much of a refund for the unused amount. All being said, the pro-rated cost of my 36 month $4200 policy in now over $6000. Safe to say, that I won't be doing business with Endurance again.

They use the term “normal wear and tear” to deny claims! My warranty has been paid in full for a year. I have until March of 2021 or 166000 miles. My truck has 146k and the transmission went. I called a filed a claim in wich they assured me that transmissions are covered. I asked them if there were any reasons why it wouldn’t be covered and they said yes... neglect. GREAT! I have been religious with oil changes as well as fluid checks, wheel rotations, lubes, etc. the adjuster inspected it twice and said that it was a covered failure. GREAT! As soon as it gets back to whoever is in charge DENIED! Both of my mechanics were shocked and appalled because they deal with warranty companies and my situation was a typical scenario that was covered by other 3rd party warranty companies. The reason for denial was NORMAL WEAR” the manufacturer calls for transmission service at 150k and it failed at 146k. I appealed and they wouldn’t budge. I have filled out cancellation forms and I’m not interested in a pro rated amount I want my $2968 refunded because it is paid in full and they’ve done nothing to warrant a partial refund. If this is done I’m willing to quietly part ways but if not... stay tuned Edward Iannucci Edit Delete Share

Endurance warranty company is a scam! Do not purchase! I got the warranty 8/28/19. I’ve had 2 expensive repairs done on my 2017 Chevy Malibu that the claims were denied. The sales person told me it was bumper to bumper coverage excluding wear and tear. I was told later this is a component listed plan and the parts submitted for claims weren’t listed. They list general engine parts and you’d have to be a mechanic to understand the components! So I pay them thousands of dollars for piece of mind but end up spending more out of pocket on repairs with no piece of mind! I can’t believe they can get away with this! They are crooks!

Oh. My. God. I would never ever EVER buy from these people. My husband has been getting the hard sell for days. Today I had the misfortune of answering the salesman's call. He was classically rude and condescending. He continually talked over me, belittled all my reasons for not committing to buy, badmouthed competitors' products, scolded me I was making a mistake... and on and on and on. I kept repeating, "I'm not interested, thank you" while he talked over me and down to me without so much as taking a breath. Stereotypical hard sell tactics, with zero respect for the customer. I finally repeated, "I'm hanging up now" about a dozen times, while he continued yammering away. Holey moley. I have no idea whether the warranty is any good or not, but I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be trying to deal with these people. No thank you!

Poor Customer Experience, the service offered is not at all as advertised. I'm yet to find justification on this monthly expense. Doubts arise as to the company's willingness to honor the arrangement. First off an individual has to file a claim based on policy. Filing a claim is tedious and uncomfortable situation. Your claim is often rejected right there is store with by the shop operator that on the with the company only stating that the your company say it does cover that. The company's phone lines don't open to the customer till after 11am eastern time. The customer elite services are a joke and can't be accessed. This service is supposed to offer a customer up $5000 in financing to cover repairs the warranty doesn't cover. Instead of a customer as to hear from a store attendant the company doesn't cover. When requested by telephone the customer is email a link where their apply a a loan.

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY WILL NOT APPROVE YOUR CLAIMS AND TRY TO OFFER FINANCING AFTER YOU'VE BEEN PAYING YOUR POLICY!!!!! So last year May I purchased a policy from this company and was told anything that makes my car not work properly as far as my engine, transmission, turbo and etc. would be covered. Fast forward to the 11th month of my policy my turbo is giving me problem. I called Endurance twice before filling a claim and spoke to two different representative which both stated that my turbo is covered under my plan. Since I found out it is covered I proceed to filling a claim. I took my car to VW b/c I have a 2009 VW passat. The guy that inspect my car stated the reason for my turbo not working properly is because the waste gate actuator which is also a part of the turbo is spacing which is causing my turbo to not receive the amount of boost it needs to work properly. Now my contract states under listed components covered that the Turbocharger/Supercharger housing and all internal lubricated parts. Housing is only covered if damaged by Breakdown of a Covered Part. I spoke to several representatives of Endurance which all calls are recorded and all stated that housing is defined as the part that holds theTurbo. Now the part of my turbo that is messed up is a part of housing. However, my claim was still denied. Moving forward to the part of my contract that states what is not covered and nowhere in the not covered section does it state that part specifically. And going through the contract, the parts that are in the not covered section are parts you can purchase separately. The contract is unconscionable b/c the terms are only in favor of the company. My turbo is one piece, I CANNOT purchase the waste gate actuator without getting the entire Turbo itself. My problem that I am having is that sales representative, Quincy, from Endurance told me that the waste gate actuator is covered under my policy b/c it is a part of the housing. Now, William a Supervisor stated although the waste gate actuator is a part of the housing it is not covered. I have the Secure Plus coverage which from my understanding is a listed components contract meaning all the components covered within the contract will be listed. The waste gate actuator which is a part of the Turbo is not listed a a covered or not covered part. And there's a discrepancy somewhere there. Also, on my invoice from VW it does not state that the waste gate actuator is the problem. It states "ran GFF had fault for Turbo", Endurance states their inspection states otherwise. I asked for a copy of their inspection and was told it for internal purposes only. Then, William, the floor manager, tried to offer me my money back that I paid for my contract but I do not want my money back I want Endurance to abide by their contract. I would like for my Turbo to be fixed because it stated that it is covered under my contract. I'm hoping to get this matter fix and will take it as far as it needs to go to have it fix!

Dennis Taylor ,

I was just informed today from the dealership service agent that Endurance wanted my approval for a teardown of my motor and transmission of a cost of $2,400 that will be billed to me if they didn't find it at a fault of wear and tear. So I am waiting until Monday to speak with a agent at Endurance for the meaning of this, I purchase this Truck from a used car dealership in August of last year and it haven't been a year yet. So I will wait until Monday for this call and you guys will hear the results then. Tuesday 3/24/2020 well this is to everyone that has been waiting for the results of my warranty with Endurance. They screwed me in thinking that they was going to repair the damage to my motor and then coming back saying that it was pre-existing damages from when I bought it ($9,000) from the used car dealership. And that they only see themselves liable for is the motor mount and that's all they going to replace. They have gotten over one thousand dollars from my account. I am informing everyone do not mess with this company, they are a scam.

READ THIS IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO SIGN A PLAN WITH ENDURANCE!!!! When I bought my car 14 months ago I Signed a premium extended warranty plan with Endurance. It cost me around $130 a month and was the best coverage you possibly could buy at the time. I received a loooong list of things that were covered and didn't hesitate, it was after all the best coverage you could have! Recently when I experienced a few issues with my car I remembered signing my premium extended warranty and was happy making my first call to them and have my car fixed. My joy didn't last long when I after explaining the issues heard that those were wear and tear issues and that they were not covered by my "premium plan". When talking to them they seem completely indifferent to the fact that everything that breaks can be explained as wear and tear. Today after paying $1800 for the "premium warranty plan" and $3500 for fixing my car I terminated my plan! When calling to cancel my plan they said that they now have a "premium premium premium plan" that will cover everything that will break. but it will cost me an additional $5000 on top of the $1800 I've already paid them and the $3500 I paid for fixing my car!!!!! Really!!!!! Completely useless!!!! 😂 EVERYONE!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PUT THEM ON FIXING YOUR CAR WHEN IT BREAKS INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM AWAY TO ENDURANCE!!!!! I AM ASHAMED OF FALLING FOR IT!!!! BUT I GUESS THERE'S A FIRST FOR EVERYTHING!!!! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISSTAKE!!!!!

I had trouble when I first contacted them, the customer service rep was terrible and seemed like I was bothering him and did not answer any questions told me to read it online. That should have been my red flag! I finally got a manager on the line, he spoke well which led me to sign up. From there I havent really had any major issues, recenlty the engine light came on scan showed spark plugs and coil pack. The spark plugs I understand are not covered. When I called the rep told me its listed in your contract, well I looked and yes the spark plugs are listed as not covered. The other is a major part of the engine, this has also been confirmed through the dealership. Once again the rep was lacking any knowledge outside of telling me to read the contract again, funny he couldnt find it either! From there I have called requesting to speak with a manager, apparently there isnt one. I have emailed (the original manager I spoke with) and every other email address I could find - NO RESPONSE. This is ridiculous, I have another warranty company on another vehicle that has proven to be amaing, informative, and very quick to respond and resolve an issue. I was last told by Endurance rep that they could call around my area to find the work done cheaper as that is what I pay for in my contract. WHAT, that is the dumbest response I have ever heard. This company is just not legit in my opinion, seek out others and look at the reviews they will tell you everything you need to know! They dont even help you to cancel their crap service, its just ridiculous, they avoid responding so they keep taking your money. Thankfully your bank can assist in that aspect!

This is an update to my previous 1 star review left which I've included at the end of this current review. I'll be further updating when I hear back from Endurance on their next step in resolving my auto transmission already twice junk used parts failure in 4 months. 12/28/19 At this time I just had a mechanic leave my home to confirm the 2nd used transmission Endurance a.k.a. United Care Care UCC had installed ONE MONTH AGO has failed also, the evening of Christmas eve... This is the second used transmission they've had installed. The first used replacement failing after (3) months. After a long ordeal this 2nd time of trying to recoup a reimbursement for my auto rental, I actually received it the morning of the 24th. I just forwarded the photos of transmission codes to Juan O the resolution specialist who has been handling my claim after I filed my written complaint with the company, as well as The Attorney General Consumer Affairs Division in my State. I'm waiting to hear back from Juan regarding the now 2nd failed used transmission that Endurance has installed in my car in the last 4 months. Original review (3) months ago my transmission needed replacement. At my extended auto warranty co. Endurance direction; I took my car to Aamco on Ina Rd. Tucson, AZ. 85741. It took ONE MONTH for the part (a used transmission) to be located and shipped to the shop for installation. I was charged a $100 deductible. Then, I was told my warranty company was refusing to pay for the last week of my car rental, I would be responsible for the balance of the bill from the auto rental company. I was shocked as it was not my fault this repair wasn't handled in a timely manner. Throughout the month I called the shop on a daily basis asking when my car would be ready, I was repeatedly told they haven't received the transmission yet and were waiting on the warranty company. The used transmission finally arrived in a brown box with no information on its age, miles, or condition. When checking out, I asked Aamco of their warranty. I was told they cannot provide one due to it not being their product and knowing nothing about it, they only installed it. If something goes wrong my Endurance warranty will cover it within my contract time frame. Now, only (3) months later, my replaced used transmission provided by Endurance has failed and I'm in need of a transmission replacement again. I've been told by Endurance they will not cover a car rental and I can submit the bill to the supplier of the transmission when the claim is closed. When I asked Endurance for the supplier name and contact information, I was refused and told they will give it to me only when the claim has been closed. Endurance told me, the standard is the time it takes to get the part to the shop plus one day for installation. However, this puts a hardship on me due to a lack of my ability to confirm reimbursement with the unknown supplier. Meanwhile I'm having to put my car rental on my credit card during holiday rates without confirmation of reimbursement by unknown supplier. Again, having no idea of a time frame supplier will provide the part to the shop. Only 3 months ago it took them a MONTH. This is a time is of the essence matter, as I, or no one have unlimited funds to pay for that kind of time frame for a rental car without confirmation of reimbursement. I want my replacement to be handled in a timely manner and I want a new or reliable transmission installed in my vehicle. I was told I won't be responsible for the $100 copay this time.

They list all of the good reviews, but it is less than a good warranty company. They will not cover anything unless it is a big ticket item, engine, alternator etc... Other parts that may be small in nature, but important to helping these parts run are not covered and more expensive. READ between the lines... Most repairs are not the big ticket items... Even if it does not list what is not covered, they will give you a stupid interpretation that justify them not covering the item... I will pay the money to use a manufacturer or dealership warranty, so that you know what is covered and these arbitrary companies can pick and choose what they want to cover. Lastly, they tried to suggest my vehicle was old and had high mileage, however they knew the same when I bought the policy and they even recommended it... Again, its a scam and they will not pay... Don't do it... Really, you don't need it... WASTE and very disappointing company. I thought the reviews suggested a good company, but they make up those darn reviews, because they are just terrible... I have had other extended warranties before, and even if it was a close call of something not listed on coverage and not covered, they made good on their policy. Not Endurance, please don't go for it and save your money...

I've been an Endurance customer since 2018, and I purchased the Superior Program coverage because I purchased a used, in very good condition, 2007 Dodge Caravan SXT and with any vehicle after a certain amount of years major and minor parts will break down. I thought I was using my God given wisdom, by purchasing the coverage I have (by the way, was not cheap in price $3272.00). Sadly, I'm very dissatisfied with the warranty program. Here's why. When I had several repairs that were needed to be done on my 2007 minivan in Sept. 2019, Endurance first told the auto repair company that none of the repairs are covered under my program. Although when I contacted Endurance a few days later, I was told the repair work was done without Endurance giving their authori zation, which was not true. However, didn't you say [Endurance] you wouldn't authorize the work because none of the repairs were covered? Very confusing. Needless to say, some of the repairs such as; valve cover, tie rod ends, leaf spring shackles and hardware and shocks are acceptable repairs included in the supreme coverage program in which I am a member. So I attached a copy of the itemized repair work and the amount I paid for the repairs. In addition, I attached a copy of my contract pointing out the repairs covered under the Superior Program. Also, I sent a letter graciously expressing that I would be more than willing to accept a reimbursement of the after market price they would have paid for the repairs if the work had been authorized by them. I was prompyly contacted by Aaricka L, and she informed me that she had submitted a request to the reimbursement department. That was October 1st and I have not heard anything, nor have I received a response to the two additional emails I sent to Aaricka L. Is this the way you treat your customers? I will not recommend this warranty program to anyone.

I had just made a down payment for an extended warranty and was looking at a sample contract on their website when what I was reading was NOT what I was told by the rep. Called the rep back, good discussion, got more info, thought about it and then called back to cancel. The rep I spoke with wasn't in but the customer service rep, Judy, asked me why I was cancelling. I explained why and she actually said to me "since you don't have your written policy yet, how do you really know why you're cancelling? Now tell me the truth." I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she said that I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said supervisors don't take calls. When I questioned that, she said he was in a meeting. When I pointed out the contradiction, she said she wouldn't know who to route the call to as there are 4 supervisors. She then put me on hold, came back on and said I'd get the refund but she didn't know how much. I asked why not since the deposit is listed as 100% refundable and there was just silence. If this is any example of the way they treat customers, claims or potential customers, I'm amazed they still get business. No wonder they have so many bad reviews and have been actually had their BBB Reliability badge REVOKED!

Please, please do not buy through this company. I have been on the phone 3 different times over 1 week for hours. Poor, poor customer service. I thought when I did my research this was the company to go with as they had great reviews. I am not sure how many of the reviews ever needed to do a claim or if they are fake reviews from the company itself. If I had one problem dealing with this company on the phone that is one thing, but 3 times. I should have know when my Cadillac repair person said he was not familiar with Endurance and he has about 2 decades in the repair industry that there would be problems with my first claim. This company will do anything to get out of a claim. If there is anything that they request when you open your account that is not exact they will use this as a way to not honor your claim. Today I provided the exact proof that was needed in regards to mileage and they still said they want to just rewrite the policy. I said to Johnny M who was the last customer service agent I dealt with that if you rewrite my policy as a new policy then I would not be covered for the current claim for repair on my vehicle and they said correct they would not cover it because it would be pre existing. Pre existing on a claim that I should have legitimately covered under my existing warranty! The agent would not even give me his full name. I then said at this point I would like to cancel my policy and he said we can do that, but since it is past the cancellation period it would be prorated, but he had no idea on the amount of refund and would have to send it to another department who would be in touch. My vehicle has been at the repair center for over a week as I went back and forth with these people who kept asking for more and different documentation. If I only would have read a review like mine before buying. I have now been without a vehicle for a week and will have to pay $1200 for my repair. I think the company is looking to avoid any high expense repairs and look for any way to get out of it when you look to make a claim. I cannot say enough bad things and I hope this review makes at least a few people go somewhere else where they can actually be protected and treated well.

NOT AN ACCREDITED COMPANY PER BBB.. THEY HAVE A B-RATING. BUYERS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!!! I purchased a warranty from this company. Upon opening the policy I explained that "my car has a CVT transmission," which the VIN number also gives them that info. I made the down payments, made the monthly payments on time, and did the XYZ to meet their requirements for the policy. Months later, I started having issues with my trans. I took the vehicle to dealership. They explained that "the trans is going bad and need to be replaced." They contacted Endurance. Endurance sent an inspector out who allegedly stated its the trans. Well instead of Endurance paying for the repair, they requested that the transmission be torn out of the car and broken all the way down with my permission, which makes me responsible for the tear down cost if they decline the claim. The dealership representative was appalled as I was. He explained that "they have never heard of such a request being that the vehicle has all the alerts for a transmission replacement." He also explained, which I agreed that "it doesn't make sense to make myself possibly responsible for $1k to tear the trans down. That's a fourth of the cost to replace the trans." I stressed my concern with Endurance rep Morris, he stated that "they will deny the claim because the diagnose is incomplete or I can authorize the tear down making me possibly responsible if the claim is not approved." I asked for a manager. He stated there wasn't one available. I told him it sounds to me that Endurance is looking for a needle in a haystack. A reason to decline the claim. I find it hard to believe that both inspections, from the dealer and from their inspector point towards the transmission and they're still looking for more info. Absolutely ludicrous!! This company is a waste! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Buyer beware. I brought this warranty when I brought my car in 2016. My car is a 2007 Buick LaCrosse. This year my car broke down. I took it to a service dealer. They told me that it needed a and a transmission and a steering gear assembly. They called endurance and they were informed that my car was only worth $4,000 and since I already used $ 1900 on another claim that they were only going to pay $2,100 towards the transmission. I had to come out of my pocket $1,100 more just to have my car fixed. Endurance is not the company that they say they are. Each year they assess your market value price of your car and determine what they will pay at that time. They also would not pay the rental car reimbursement fees because they claim that they paid all that they're going to pay on my car. Do not buy this warranty.

This company is VERY manipulative and out to get your money. They sent me a letter in the mail stating that the warranty on my car was about to expire, I called the next day and they said because I am financing my car through a bank, my bank REQUIRES me to have a warranty on my car. They charged my debit card $249 to "re-activate" a warranty that I DID NOT EVEN NEED. I called my bank the next day to ask if I needed a warranty on my car to keep financing it, they said NO. I called 4 or 5 times to cancel the policy but they kept talking me into keeping it and even lowered the monthly payments to $79 a month instead of the original $111.50 they were TRYING to charge me in the first place. I called today to ask when I could use the warranty because my car has been experiencing electrical problems, and they said I cant use it until I've put 1,000 more miles on my car. They even accused me of warranty fraud! They are the ones who TRICK people into paying for this warranty. I cancelled right after they told me this, DO NOT let this company lie to you and take your money like I did. LESSON LEARNED

This company uses unscrupulous tactics to get your business and to keep you from cancelling. The sales representative quoted a total price that was significantly less than what the payments added up to. I didn't do the math until we reached the verification process and it was at that time I told them I did not want to continue and to cancel. I noticed a charge on my account a week later and immediately called to cancel. The representative "Art" tried everything in his power to change my mind and when I wouldn't budge, he claimed he cancelled the contract and I would receive a refund in 3-7 days, but I wouldn't receive an email confirmation. A week later there was no refund and when I called, customer service didn't see any cancellation processed. I tried to cancel again with "Tony A" and he gave me the same schpiel as "Art". I called back and again, customer service did not see a cancellation processed. I will now have to contact my bank to get this refunded.

I was sold this warranty when I bought my Jeep grand Cherokee was told it was best warranty and it covers everything from bumper to bumper. I have brought in my jeep for service because the heat wasn't blowing. I was told by the jeep dealer that it was control heads that need to be replaced. The dealer called to but in the claim and was told it wasn't covered. The control heads control the whole blower system so dealer couldn't understand why it wasn't covered. I did call warranty company to discuss and was just told it not covered item and their nothing more they can help me with. I was do disappointed to purchase this top of line warranty for my vehicle. They are rude and they do not have any consideration. Why buy warranty if it covers nothing. I still have no heat in my jeep because I can not afford to pay for it on my own. It is in the middle of winter driving around in 20 degree weather with two small kids and no heat. It been terrible. This warranty company is bad please don't purchase them.
