When my claim was first denied, I was livid. I started complaining all over the place. However, it wasn't long before I was contacted by AutoPom, and I was connected to the owner. The owner (Mike) was very empathetic and listened patiently to my concerns. He then made some phone calls and then called me back to say the claim would be covered. He helped me understand why the claim was initially denied and why he was able to get it approved. Based on this interaction, I would highly recommend AutoPom.

I have not had a good experience with autopom and royal administration. I have had to fight to get repairs covered and have had a claim denied. And it caused additional damage that they did not cover. Not a good customer experience.

I purchased my Chevy Cruze in 2019... N my vehicle started to do all kinds od crazy things... The turbo track went bad which caused the metal to go into the catalytic converter which plugged all my lines causing my car engine to misfire.. maxcare cover 4178 dollars while I only paid a 50 dollar deductible..I am beyond pleased.. thank you so much

I bought my car and the warranty from CarMax. As it turned out, bolts were left off rear driver's side wheel and brake line. Within six months of purchase (51,000 miles), while driving on an Interstate at 70 mph, my brakes failed completely. The repair shop told me I was lucky the wheel had not come up and VERY luck to be alive. $800 later, CarMax will not honor my claim. Never again will I purchase from CarMax or their worthless warranty.
