I only give them 1 because the dealer didn’t explain the warranty to me in details, so far I had many issues with my truck that I only had for 6 months I called the complete warranty service and all they said was I should have read my warranty better, as of now I have spent around 2000 dollars out of pocket for repairs , and now it’s in the shop with over 9000dollars worth of repairs needed, they will only cover 5000 dollars of it to cover the complete rear end to be rebuilt , I also have both exhaust manifold’s cracked which is 4500 to 5000 to fix , my policy says 5000 dollars covered per visit my policy says they will pay up to 10,000 total, I asked so if I bring back my truck after the rear end is fixed will they pay the other 5000 to have the exhaust manifold’s replaced they then told me that as soon as it leaves the shop for the rear end being fixed that my exhaust manifold’s would be considered a pre existing problem so they would deny the claim, I asked them what if the shop didn’t tell them about the manifold’s at first visit if it would have been covered they said yes, I say that’s really F, ed up so if I would have lied about the manifolds and took it back to the shop the day after I got the rear end fixed they would have covered it ,THATS REALLY JACKED UP, So I wouldn’t recommend them at all or the car lot that sold it to me EP motors Amarillo Texas, I don’t like talking grap on anyone but felt like I had to , my name is Charlie Weathersbee Out of Amarillo Texas, oh and 1 more thing the warranty company told me to cancel my warranty if I wasn’t happy with it, kinda late now I would think.Amazing Right.

I contacted several companies to try to get my car coverage extended. Complete Car Warranty was the quickest to respond and the most accommodating. Once I found that my car qualified for the program I wanted, the process was very quick and painless. Once everything was setup, I was given a clear understanding of everything that was covered under the new warranty (basically everything!) They don't make cars like they used to, so I hope this ends up saving me in the long run.

The water pump went out in my car and complete car warranty got it replaced and took care of everything! I had a broke down Fiat 500. Literally the worst car i've ever owned in my life. The car just ran out of its factory warranty and the cost to replace basic things like the AC compressor is insane. Apparently, they don't care about things like Air Conditioning in Italy. I found Complete Car Warranty online after seeing the exorbitant cost of my repair I needed and I immediately signed up for coverage. The repair was completely covered and I couldn't be happier! P.S. - Don't buy a Fiat 500

Bad warranty plans offered and it was not explained when i purchased. I call this bait and switch. Bait by stating warranty covers major repairs like transmission. When in fact they dont cover anything electronic. Transmissions today have many electronic parts associated. Those are not coverrd. Only michanical parts.

Just Amazing! The customer service was Very helpful and courteous... I signed up and about a month later my AC went out in my vehicle. Complete car warranty got it taken cared of right away! Been over two months and no contract copy. Have received two TEXT messages that had a link to an address that was a request for a quote which has already been supposedly taken care of two months ago. When I ask for a copy of the contract I get no response. When I call company on phone number that Rob gave me to contact him on, the salesman that wrote the contract and withdrew money from my bank account, no body knows any one called Rob. Now I'm getting text from another salesperson who begains his text with"HEY" which is not my name and do not respond well to says that I need to complete the application for the service. I have asked him about a copy of the contract with no response from him. What I want is a complete and full refund of the money that has been removed from my bank account and this supposedly contract closed. I'm still waiting to receive any response on my first questions.

They are liar and theives they will just take your money. I had the policy for about 3 month. They never inspected my car like they're supposed to. They denied my claim and now my car is stuck at the dealership. Trust me don't get them. I wish I had read the reviews before paying for the policy.

I purchased the plan just after purchasing a used vehicle in 2019. I made a claim 9 months later and i was instantly denied and my policy was canceled, end of story. I am out thousands of dollars, my vehicle is still at the mechanics shop. I am disabled, a widow with 2 young children and thanks to Complete Car, I am without a vehicle.

I have a 2012 BMW 5 series with 130k miles that i bought in 2016 and I've had the Policy for over 6 months now. I had a lifter to go bad and they denied the claim. I have and sent the maintenance records. This is a horrible company when it comes to customer service and Michael was very disrespectful. They just want your money!!!!

They will robo call and spam you endlessly from different phone numbers & emails so you can't block them. They refuse to remove you from their call and email list. I called to ask them to remove my phone number and they hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible.
