We have only had an auto loan from this company for two months and have set up autopay twice with a representative. They have called us each time to say that we didn’t make the payment on time and have tried to charge us a late fee. Seems like a pattern to charge undue fees. Will refinance as soon as possible.

They are aweful. Their customer service is very unhelpful. They also double charge your account (Read multiple reviews about it) And will tell you they can't refund the amount, but will add it to the following months payment. Would never recommend.

Ally Financial is the worst company I have ever dealt with for auto loans, I have been lied to consistently and I will NEVER suggest Ally to anyone. Paid off in full the $10k balance and still do not have the title for my car. Mind you I have also never missed a payment. Customer service is completely incompetent.
