Worst Customer Service ever. Bought a rifle kit (upper) and they sent many incorrect parts. Wait times to talk to a CSR are never less than 20+ minutes regardless of their claims. At first all seemed well, they said they'll send the correct parts. They sent only 1 out of 5. Then they made me send back the entire incorrect sub-kit and gave me a $25 gift for the trouble. Took 4 days of badgering to get them to send me the return shipping label. Took another 4 days to acknowledge the receipt at their facility and then they wanted the entire upper kit returned, meaning my lower would be at risk to get marred up trying to disassemble. They repeatedly refused to send the correct parts unless I returned the upper kit. Then they would have both my money and my rifle? I smelled a rat. So they sold me less than they agreed upon and would not make it right by be. Cut my losses with them, gave the gift code to someone else - NEVER again will I do business with PSA

This place is the best online retailer for firearms. I accidentally ordered a pistol that was in my cart. I changed my mind about the exact version but accidentally ordered it (pistol went to the FFL). They also had a 2 box of ammo promo and they shipped it too. I called to return it all. They sent me a free shipping label for the pistol to take to the FFL and told me to keep the ammo! WHO DOES THIS????!!!!! They did it all without me escalating past the customer service rep - Bridgette ROCKS!

Every interaction I have had, whether purchasing firearms, parts, accessories or ammunition has been favorable. On the rare occasion that I had to contact customer service the agent was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently my state passed a law making it more difficult to buy ammo online. I predicted most companies would not sell to my state as a result. PSA figured out a work around that is compliant so I am happy to be able to continue to do business with them

I've bought several products from PSA, including an AK, 7.62x39. It's now my favorite gun. Fun to shoot and no malfunctions so far (approx. 500 rounds). I ordered 500 rounds of 9mm by mistake and called to see if I could return them. I talked to Melissa and she was an absolute dream to work with. She actually listened to me and asked appropriate questions and took care of my problem. Those 9mm's are on the way back to PSA. If I could have, I'd have given Melissa a big hug. Chelsie, from customer service emailed me back and told me that the sales price was honored and they refunded me the difference. I recently ordered PSA's 10.5" Carbine-Length 5.56 NATO 1/7 Nitride Lightweight M-Lok MOE+ EPT SBA3 Pistol. I had it shipped to my local FFL dealer. The gun arrived two days after the order was placed. Yes, it was in stock. But, a two day delivery on an order is phenomenal. Moreover it is exactly as advertised. Most of the complaints I read here aren't about the quality of the weapon. They will continue to be my go to place for my AR needs.

Ordered a AR15 pistol, and was my mistake I had it sent to an out of business FFL dealer. Weapon was stuck at UPS office, I called PSA and they set up a return and I went online and selected a legitimate FFL dealer. All this caused a bit of a delay but not bad. PSA customer service was good to me. I was nice to them on the phone and they were nice and helpful in return. I also like how they make affordable guns and you can upgrade as needed which is fun. Way to go PSA!!

I have made four purchases from PSA ove the last two years. A friend has made two purchases, a coworker two. Two out of those 8 had trouble with the arms. Crooked sight post, and a bad extractor. Both fixed with no questions. The extractor took 3 weeks. The sight took two weeks... Shipping included. Shipping notices were I consistent. But the products showed up quickly anyway. All of the firearms have been well made and all work very well and are accurate. Great value and good customer service. Just what you need. Nothing to complain about.

I read some of these reviews and wonder what company they're talking about, because it doesn't sound like PSA to me. I've purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise just in the last year, from firearms to accessories to ammo. Each time the items arrived as advertised, and in the couple of cases where something needed tweaking or replacing (AR-15 front site post was canted, BCG was supposed to be one type and was another), they quickly provided a RMA with prepaid shipping label for UPS to return it for free. I had to pack and take to the UPS Store. The items were corrected and shipped back to me prepaid and in a reasonable amount of time, typically around a week. The one knock on PSA is they can be a little more expensive when the item isn't there brand, such as a brand name rifle or handgun. But they often have inventory in stock when most others don't.
