If you arder something, make sure because trying to cancel an order once it's made is impossible, for me it was. When you recieve something check it immediately. I've received defective products "barrels with burrs in the bore for example". It happens. I am usually a 5 star guy but three stars for past experiences. I've been doing business with them for years and will continue. Customer service is ok if you can actually get a hold of someone. It's gone downhill a bit in my opinion. I hate to say negative things but I got to be honest. Value for your money? OUTSTANDING "Gunny G USMC"

I've been waiting almost a month now for my delivery from Palmetto State. They have filed tracking request but require a 15 business day additional limit beyond the three weeks I've already waited. They refused to offer me a credit and canceled the order because they submitted a claim with UPS for tracking. So now I'm supposed to wait another two or three weeks meanwhile I have no product in my credit card is already gone through with a charge not good customer service not what I expect out of a company like PSA. I order frequently at least once a month they're going to lose my business over this I have other options.

I have owned several PSA firearms, since they were founded. I've also shot out 2 of their barrels, (both were well over 25k rounds) Positives 1. Inexpensive 2. Quality parts and impeccable warranty 3. American made 4. The Freedom line is superb, I would and do rely on one next to the bed. - Negatives- Not as tight/finished as other manufacturers Shipping can be pretty slow at times

I've ordered from them more times than I can count and never been disappointed! Their selection is fast their prices are fair and affordable. Recently one of my orders of a complete upper assembly never showed up but it said delivered for about a month I called palmetto they had no issues starting a claim for me and they are in the process of making sure I get a replacement or I'm reimbursed. Jessica W assisted me quickly thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable and had answers for all of my questions and concerns. Jessica w made me comfortable with the situation we even made a few jokes about our daughters. If the selection and prices alone weren't enough to make me come back over and over again Jessica w just made sure that I wil be a continued repeat customer! Trayona confirmed within minutes of my call that my new FFL was on file and that my record was updated and the package would be shipped. Note. I have been a customer of PSA for years. They have quality products and I have never had a failure with any of my AR uppers I have purchased from them. In fact, I have 4 friends who like me deal exclusively with them and their uppers and no longer buy the ones with the little horse on it. Don't know if it is against the policy to mention the other brand. Sometimes shipping is slow because of high demand but I have always received my order within the time frame they said I would get it. I have multiple AR bolts of various qualities and all of them function properly. Thank you PSA for being there. I pray you will be able to continue to ship to us regardless of our current stolen election liar and thief president that wants to make your company and all other gun and part suppliers go out of business. In OreGONE we have 3 dealers closing their doors because of new laws they are trying to implement here, 1 closed by ATF for paperwork and two that no longer do FFL sales for anyone using the internet. Please stay strong and please stand up for all of us. America thanks you.

I have ordered and received a complete rifle 6.8 SPC and separate complete upper and complete receiver in the past 2 years. Everything was as specified and delivered in a reasonable time. For my purposes I am completely satisfied with the quality of the parts, assembly and performance. I have also ordered a Sig red dot and Sig scope that were also received as specified and delivered in a reasonable time. I cannot speak to the issues others have experienced since I have had zero issues. Consumers as well as manufacturers are all experiencing issues with high demand and slow response from vendors and deliveries. Huray for PSA for even trying to stay in the firearms business! Banks don't want to lend firearms manufacturers money to keep up with demand and COVID and other issues are making it difficult to get employees to show up for work! PSA will continue to be my "go to" AR vendor!

Read the reviews, seems like a lot of people are upset with PSA because they didn't do their homework regarding the FFL they chose.??? Here's my experience. I bought a PA 15 300 blkout pistol about 1 1/2 years ago. The gun arrived at my designated FFL, (who was in PSA's database) in a timely fashion. The gun was perfect out of the box. I have only put about 500 rounds through it but it has performed flawlessly. I have not had any cycling issues. I've put both steel case and brass through it. It shoots every time I pull the trigger. All communications with customer service, (prior to purchase) were helpful and timely. I would buy from them again.

PSA offers a wide selection of guns, at very competitive pricing. I've ordered dozens from them and have always been very satisfied with the company and their service. I have only had one problem with a single defective part on an AR15 build. When I emailed them with the description, they sent the replacement part in the mail within a week... no questions asked, and I didn't even have to return the defective part. I don't usually write reviews, but after reading several that were left here from disgruntled customers, I just had to speak up for PSA. Please don't be fooled into thinking these negative reviews represent the average customer-they are not at all typical... without a lot of satisfied customers like me, how else could these folks have become one of the biggest and fastest growing gun suppliers in the USA? They're my favorite and I'm confident you'll be very pleased if you give 'em a try.

I have purchased MANY ARs from PSA. The so-called "criticisms" of the PSA rifle here are pretty laughable and not something to be taken seriously but I suppose the author had to scape the bottom of the barrel to find something to snipe at them about. Yah well the reason PSA is a little slower than "other" companies sometimes is because they are blowing the competition away in price and quality- EVERYBODY wants them and they can't run fast enough to keep up. I'm sure S&W, Ruger and all the rest wish they had THAT problem all the time like PSA does. Other PSA owners I know also make a habit of going back for repeat purchases so they obviously are putting out a quality high demand product.

In September I purchased Centurion BP -12 12gauge from PSA. Within two weeks I receive The shotgun, broke it down and cleaned it thoroughly. Spell within 30 days of purchasing this weapon I took it to the range and used high-quality. However, towards the end of the 25 rounds the weapon fails the feed or fire. I attempted to contact PSA, since they advised they would help with effective merchandise. It took 3 emails to PSA to get a response on making a return. I also tried to call them several times. Using their own prompts, I would either get a message saying that the prompt was not available or be put on hold for 30 minutes with not ever answer. You may get a good deal from PSA to purchase weapons for them to get sale. But, as far as post purchase service or customer service they get a zero. PSA further advised me that it was 30 days past the purchase date which is correct the purchases over 30 days, and I had to contact the manufacturer even though I didn’t receive the weapon until over a week when it was purchased. I made a BBB complaint received no response from the company saying that they don’t “Palmetto State Armory does not warranty third party devices” I thought that Palmetto state Army was a legitimate company. But, they do not truly have a lifetime warranty, or backup any products that they sell even from third party. Why purchase a firearm from this company if they’re have the decency to guarantee a purchase for less than 90 days. This is the last firearm that will purchase from this company.
