I needed to get 2 sets of blinds restrung. I had one frayed due to my own child and another from a preschooler cutting the blind cords. I called to see what I needed to do. I found out that it wasn't covered by a warranty. (As I expected) I have had the blinds for 13 yrs. It was a little costly to restring. But better than having to purchase new blinds. It was done pretty quickly, with in a week and a half.
