obviously there is a wide variety of experiences for consumers with this company. Ours was not stellar. After doing what I thought was pretty extensive research on motorized shades and our desire to use an American made product we chose to go with Leviosa. In my initial ordering online I transposed the measurements which I take full responsibility for. I did not realize this until the shade arrived and it was obviously too short. I was positive I had put in the correct measurements but unfortunately if you go to your confirmation email or to the website there is no way to bring up your order, you'll get an error page that it doesn't exist. I called which was a Sunday not expecting anyone but did get someone who was hesitant to help me as this was not his department and everyone else was out for the weekend. I followed up on Monday knowing that I would end up losing money because of my error but hoping that their oops deal would soften the blow. They did offer some $ off getting us the correct blind and because we already had the motor they said that it would just be the roller and blind and we could use the motor we had been sent on the other shade. Initially I thought about sending the original shade back to be recut to use on another window but that proved to be way beyond what I wanted to spend. I spent an additional $600 some dollars to get the new shade cut at the the right measurement. This took weeks to arrive and I was about out of hope. It did arrive finally however we found that the aluminum tube was slightly dented and had trouble putting the motor in but eventually it fit. Programming this thing was another ordeal altogether! There were no instructions sent, only a QR code which takes you to their website with a VERY outdated video (7 years old) that didn't match any of the equipment we had. Using AI to find directions wasn't much help as these were very outdated as well. This was highly frustrating as the remote wouldn't work, we couldn't pair it with alexa and so we ended up sending another email/chat. We did get a response with instructions that were nowhere else to be located so if you are having trouble your best bet is to steer clear of the website and contact them for updated instructions. As of now the remote seems to work however the alexa pairing is a work in progress. This was a lot of money for one shade even without my mistake. I needed a shade for our guest room so went with what had been my initial second choice, Smartwings but I should have gone with them in the first place. It was easier to order, quality was just as good, it arrived quickly (within 7 days) and was simple to install and worked the first time and was much LESS EXPENSIVE. Also the instructions that came with them, on paper, were much clearer even though this is a Chinese company. If you go with Leviosa please be aware that their website and FAQ appear very outdated and you will have to contact them if you are having any issues. Not worth the expense in my opinion.

Do not be fooled by the reviews on their website since they only post the good reviews. The shades may be fine, we have only had them installed for 2 months, but the battery tubes. shipping and service are terrible. I received a total of 5 battery tubes for 5 shades. 3 had to be fixed. I waited 2 weeks to get parts for the other two tubes and ended up fixing the third. It is really unbelievable how poorly this company treats folks.

We placed an order for Motorized shades, and then after reviewing the wand battery replacement charge asked to CANCEL the order (within 2 hours after the original order was placed). There is NO way that the order that was placed was put into production within the 2 hour period between order and request to cancel. Denise from Leviosa Customer Support said that they do NOT PROVIDE any returns or refunds as listed in their return policy. However she did provide a refund deducting a $15 cancellation fee, saying that the credit card fee had to be paid. However, you VOID out a charge that has been made within the same day, and there are NO CC fees charged to the company. After multiple requests for the remaining $15 charge to be returned, I am leaving this review, as Leviosa Motor Shades knows nothing about customer support - especially when there was no financial reason to not refund the entire amount.

Hello, possible Leviosa customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT order an additional remote with your initial purchase. We wanted a wall-mounted remote IN ADDITION to the 'hand remote' that allegedly comes with an order. Not only did the 'hand-remote' NOT COME with the order, when I bought it to their attention, they insulted my intelligence by claiming I was rude. They stated, 'If I ask nice, we might get our supervisor to send you one for free." Are you kidding me? Bottom line, we ordered the 'hand-held' remote from Av Outlet because the A-OK remotes are 100% compatible with the Leviosa remotes.

John is correct that customers should expect a free remote with an order, unless they purchase a premium remote, as he did. While calling and discussing his issue with our Leviosa customer service agent, he then agreed to purchase another Leviosa remote (not some other vendor), which was shipped the same day, and at a discount as a courtesy. We appreciate John's business, but hope he does not scream and use profane language with other customer service agents as he did with ours - nobody deserves that.

Purchased 7 outdoor shades through their site at at a discounted price. Did not receive any confirmation emails for two weeks, credit card was charge. When I called to follow up the lady on the line played it off as there was no purchase order created in the system. When I mentioned my credit card was charge she dismissed it as a sample request which are free of charge and must of been a glitch on the system. The confusing part is that she acknowledged what I had ordered without me giving her that information and offered a small discount. It appears to me they have a glitch in their system and they dont want to honer the sale price. Shady business practice if you ask me.

Customer is correct - a System glitch priced a specific line of shades at $1 each - an obvious error, which was quickly fixed. Customer was refunded the $7 paid for the 7 shades (yes, only $7 total), and provided the option to purchase the same motorized custom designer shades (some as large as 11 feet wide!) at significant discount compared to regular prices ($4,200 retail) for the inconvenience. Leviosa sells quality products at fair prices, but should not be expected to sell $4,200 of motorized shades for $7 total.

Ordered a specific 4 shade power supply, their website had pictures of the unit and everything. What I received was a very different power supply with 8 ports, made for a CCTV system. Yes it will function, but was not what I ordered or wanted. The best part is that they just purchased it from Amazon as a "gift". There was a gift receipt in the box and everything. Looking on Amazon, it's half the price of what I paid ordering directly from Leviosa.

The only options they have is a permanent power cord or D-cell batteries. Batteries last maybe 2 months if you are lucky. And they are a pain to replace. There is no option for rechargeable battery packs or solar. Programming the shades is a kluge. Programming multiple shades requires that you unplug all other shades while programming each shade one at a time. These shades are not a good option at all for tall windows as replacing batteries requires a ladder.

Hi Bob-
We were not aware of these issues before your review, but now we are so we can help - we sent a private message to you about replacing any battery tubes that are not providing at least of year of service. We stand by our 5 year warranty. And programming shades is made easier when shades are assigned separate channels on the remote - no need to un-power other shades.
