I needed to get 2 sets of blinds restrung. I had one frayed due to my own child and another from a preschooler cutting the blind cords. I called to see what I needed to do. I found out that it wasn't covered by a warranty. (As I expected) I have had the blinds for 13 yrs. It was a little costly to restring. But better than having to purchase new blinds. It was done pretty quickly, with in a week and a half.

I had ordered new blinds and almost a year later one of them would not close all of the way. A serviceman came and said that he could fix it but it would likely happen again because of a small problem with a mechanism and ordered a new blind instead of just postponing the inevitable and while still under warranty. Thank you!

Good product, poor installation. Instructions given to salesperson were not followed, sloppy inconsistent work. We were able to work with the own to compensate us for the poor work, but ended up doing some of the work our self to avoid dealing with any more issues with the installers.

The Blindman's work was sloppy, they hung different blinds in the same room, they didn't show up when they said they would start, their employees didn't listen to my feedback, they left window sills unpatched and unpainted. They did try to make good on the poor work by paying another handyman to fix their faulty work, but all-in-all the quality of work and customer service was sub-par.
