Took forever to get my blinds installed the price kept changing had to wait 3 weeks for someone to help me the only thing that I was happy about were receiving the blinds the company needs to do better with customer service

Today is March 15, 2022. I placed this order in September of 2021 and I am still missing brackets to have my dining room curtains hung and the wrong replacement panel was sent for my living room. After multiple calls and being bounced around by customer service representatives, my problem is still NOT resolved. The reason is because I can not get a representative to handle the situation. They transfer me to a line that does not pick up and then play the transfer game again. I can not believe this customer service!

Customer service is great UNTIL there’s a problem and you’ve already paid for your order! No call back! Installation technicians are awesome! But every other representative’s customer service ability is lacking greatly!
