It was a lot faster than I thought it would be. From order to installation was quicker than I thought and they fit perfectly. I also like the fact that they are almost a perfect color match to the existing ones in the dining room. I also love the fact that they’re electric.

We love them! Easy to raise and lower with a soft non-irritating sound. A much more solid darkness than we had with regular blinds, and they cut out more of the outside noise. The cost was worth it. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great product and great installation. We are loving our motorized shutters. We had a slight delivery problem initially, but Scott Ooms handled the issue and made corrections immediately. Great customer service from him! We are completely pleased with our purchase!

I would have her back and am considering other windows. The person who measured and installed was great as well. I think his name was Don. We had a great experience.

The Designer was knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and understood what I was looking for. The installer was also terrific. He knew his stuff and installed the blinds quickly without any complications. The cost of the work was a little pricey, but I’m pleased the way everything turned out. The blinds look great and the quality is obvious.

I love the shades. In retrospect, I should have gotten an automatic shade for the front window but I guess it is too late now. I have items on a table in front of it and it would have been nice to have the automatic shade. I do love them.

Our sales person, Christian was great. No nonsense, knowledgeable, friendly. He knew exactly what we needed. Also, our installer, Rudy, was great! He was neat, careful and knew what he was doing. Our shades are beautiful. Why only 4 stars? Because one of the shades was lost or something. But the young woman who I talked to on the phone was a great troubleshooter and ordered us a new one. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

Installation went perfectly with the installer handling the old blinds with care and keeping all the hardware together so I can donate them as they are undamaged. Designer was helpful when I asked what I might like in another room. The blinds were very expensive, but I am totally pleased with them. mlm

They were fast at coming out and getting us set up. I think he probably could have taken a little extra time in the beginning. But Bill definitely went above and beyond during installation. They’re still fixing the valance in one of the rooms but overall they’ll been pretty great!

The blinds are beautiful and we are very happy with them so far. The thing that is not great is waiting for repairs. We had one blind that came down and I had to wait 2 weeks for repair. Had a specialty order that was shipped without the motor and I’ve had to wait another 3 weeks to get it installed. Should be here today, fingers crossed.

It took forever (weeks) to get 3-Day Blinds to respond to my request to fix my broken drapery hardware. Once I connected, they were wonderful and took care of everything. Kurt, the installer, was knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He worked hard and carefully. When he was finished, my draperies were beautifully installed and I was very pleased. He was sure to clean up before he left and made sure I was happy with his work. He was also a very nice and intelligent man.
