  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Iowa
  • Kentucky
  • Luisiana
  • Michigan
  • Missouri

Limited Customization

This company’s products are only available in three colors: white, biscuit, and bone. However, its website says that custom colors can be mixed for an additional fee. Unlike other bathroom remodel companies, the dimensions of this company’s products are not customizable. The designs of its products are very simple and the sizes are standard. Other than the “Diamond Stone” granite option, this company’s products don’t come in other materials.

Only 6-Year Warranty

Diamond Tub and Showers only provides a six-year warranty on the products it sells. However, this warranty may vary depending on which third party business you purchase your tub or shower from. Other bathroom remodel companies insure their products for many more years, or even for life.

The Bottom Line

Though the design of this company’s products are very simple, that could be just what you want in your new tub or shower. However, if you don’t live near a distributor, it will be best to choose another bathroom remodel company. Though this company doesn’t offer many unique options, any level of bathroom remodel can improve the beauty of your space.

Tyler Van Ert

We had two diamond systems ( Model Numbers SLB/SRB 606779 and TB 603377 L/R drain) installed during home construction in late 2021. One, a shower over tub system and a walk in system were placed. The walk in shower developed a crack, approximately 10 " long, within 24 months after install. I contacted the installer, distributer and manufacture only to be told that the system was out of warrantee. I explained that literature established a six year warrantee. The manufacture still declined coverage. At that point, I paid a private contractor to conduct the repair. Earlier this month (Jan 2026) another crack appeared. I contacted the distributer who notified the manufacture. This time the manufacture confirmed the existence of a six year warrantee but stated that it did not cover cracks. Once again, I find myself contacting a private contractor to repair the unit before water damage is inflicted behind the unit. Quite frankly, this product and manufacture do not deserve the single star given.
