I just made the switch to Progressive auto insurance and I love it. They offered the same policy at a lower rate. A week after I switched my cars battery died and I had to use roadside service. They were very quickly and they were very helpful and friendly.

I have reached Gold Status with this company. I have two vehicles on my policy. My truck and my son's truck as well. We were just do for a policy renewal. No tickets thank God! I have never had an accident. Safe driver for sure,but our insurance went up 34% percent!! When I called to ask why my monthly payment went up so much. Their response was that the insurance rate has gone up in the State of Florida. Treat me as an individual,because I pay you as an individual.I just live here. Don't punish me for what others do. I will be shopping around.

After 40 years we left State Farm when they would not write our new homeowners policy and found a local close-to-home Allstate agent who would. We bundled the car along with it. Twenty years went by with some minor storm damage but when we had a scrape with a parking pole in a Walmrt lot our car insurance doubled and stayed that way for 2 years. Going broke with insurance bills we went back to SF and the car cost was cut in half with better coverage on both house & car. In addition we got a US Bank SF MC that pays our insurance bill on auto-pay & pays us a 5% cash back bonus.

Auto Insurance has been good and they have been helpful when we needed it. But, I have been unimpressed with their ability to listen and keep our information straight. They have called and asked to clarify the same thing over and over and it seems to be different employees calling to double check each time. We also asked them to stop sending us our statement every month in the mail but they still do. Their service has been great but their communication and listening has been a 3/10.
