I presently have Geico auto insurance on our Mercedes vehicle. I've been with Geico for over ten years and have never found any other auto insurance company to come close with a better policy rate. Three years ago one of my vehicles was totaled and to my surprise Geico, within days, sent me a check for more than what I had originally paid for the car!

They have been very challenging to work with and you have to call and wait on hold for a long time. We were hit and 3 calls and we finally got someone to give us an estimate but they all told us different ways to get it done. One was sending pictures and 2 people told us that and sent a link. It has been very challenging.

I had allstate back in 2016 and had it until about late 2019 until they started charging me all these new fees and when I asked about it they said it was a proration for my new bill. I didn't start a new contract to have a new bill. I had just updated my insurance to add comprehensive back on and they charge me $200+ in "new fees". No thanks.
