To high of prices! When you get in a wreak, your agent doesn’t help at all, and they run your monthly prices up on any accidents that aren’t even your fault if the other person doesn’t have insurance! Like we do I have to pay more because someone without insurance hits me! No thanks! They were my insurance company for years until I became an adult with brains! Really don’t like Fred B in Monticello MS! Wouldn’t suggest to anyone!

Prices are fairly reasonable for good policies. They offer good policies and deals such as not counting an accident against you if you haven't had one in a certain time span, I believe its either 2 or 10 years.
