We pay them $500 a month and they don't take the time to know who their paying clients are. Also didn't fight for us when we were hit by an uninsured vehicle. We found out years later they have attorneys for such occasions. Would have been great knowing at the time instead of being stuck with the deductible to get the car fixed.

We used to have State Farm and they really hurt my family. My husband was involved in a major accident. State Farm didn't represent us like they should have because they had interests on both sides. I really regret not getting a lawyer more involved. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone.

I have been with State Farm for many years. I changed from a monthly plan to once every 6 months for three cars. I missed one of the payments on had to pay a fine with MVA. I was disappointed they wouldn't help, since they don't send a bill on this plan.

The service was great to get the insurance. Quote was great i got a good deal. The person i talked to was decently helpful and super nice. Only thing that i didnt like was that they got some wrong information on someone i had on my in say which caused then to cancel my insurance.
