Absolutely horrible! Their rates are ridiculously high, their "safe driver" program they have is complete garbage. It actually RAISED my car insurance, their customer service answers immediately but they always seem to be on the defensive. I wonder why? Too many complaints perhaps?

It all depends on who answers the phone when you call. They dropped us because of too many “incidents” however a year later wanted us back because of our outstanding driver record. Switch to Geico and stayed because paying less money for the same car insurance coverage.

They don't care about their customers, they say they will work with you, but then they turn around and add charges to your account for no reason, and will tel you they have policy increases for no reason. I've never filed a claim in my life, but they treat you like a cash machine who is just there to feed them money.
