This is my Second request within 2 months requesting a tow and both times I’ve waited over 3 hours till a tow truck gets to me I’m 7 months pregnant Why do I even pay for a service that lies about there ETA on when the tow will arrive If they were just upfront about it maybe it would be that upsetting but Im honestly dissatisfied with this service! My car had a flat tire last week. I called roadside assistance. Waited 3 hours. Called in between to check on status. They said order was cancelled as driver came and went. I could book again in the morning. Well I did not have a whole day to wait. Today I called again at 3 pm. Waited. Reminded again and again. Checked on status. Said latest by 5:09. Called at 5:15. They said the man has already done the service?. What. Here I am waiting. The shop is closed. They offered kindly to book another service order. What service is this. Lousy. Unprofessional... Downright cheating...

I called AAA for a tow this morning at 9 am it's now 11:45 am. They were supposed to give me updates on the arrival time of the truck. After waiting for 2 hours I called them. They were of no help. All they said was that the driver was on the way (the same info they gave me on the first call). When I asked them to contact the driver, they said the couldn't do that. I used AAA a couple of times in the past and the service was fine. If this is what the service is now, I would NOT recommend joining this group! I'm still waiting.

My sister got stranded at a dangerous area gas station late at night when her car stopped working. Jumpstart failed and we called AAA to tow the vehicle to a safer location. After almost two hours we called to check on their ETA. They informed us there was a glitch and no order was placed. This is unacceptable. I would not write a bad review of the people who were talking on the phone with tried to fix their mistake. They did it was a glitch... and transferred me to a towing service in the wrong state. Leadership needs to wake up.

Absolutely terrible experience. We had to call three different times for a roadside emergency and were told each time that it would be thirty minutes. We waited over four hours and finally they called and we asked what was happening. The woman on the phone was very rude and basically told us that she couldn’t help us. We ended up having to cancel the service and push the car on the middle of the night.

My girlfriend called at 7:20 because we had locked the car keys in the trunk & all windows were closed. The lady who answered for AAA called us at 8:10, 10 minutes before the AAA worker is supposed to arrive. Tells us that the driver is gonna Be a while & she didn’t know the guy was backed up so we’re on a delay until he shows us. I jut find this very unprofessional. Tell your customers at least 30 mins ahead so something else could be figured out or jut not waiting around. My girlfriend just made an account today around 5 so it’s been a long time & it’s just not convenient.

My van suddenly quit making power, and my first thought was, "glad I got AAA". After 45 minutes of requesting a tow, in a dangerous spot, I still had not even received a confirmation of what time the tow truck would be coming. I cancelled and took care of it myself with a friend. Very very disappointed. I would not recommend trusting AAA, I will not renew.

Bought membership that said it would be active immediately. My keys are locked in my truck. I called to use my membership and they said I’d have to wait three days or pay another $60 to help me. They really are pulling a bait and switch on people during a quarantine where no income is coming in and people need help. Instead of helping me they gave me a refund. Literally what business sense does that make. So instead of retaining a new and happy member and make money and I also always tip pop a lock guys they actually refunded me and left me stranded.

I had AAA for about 6 years when I retired me and my wife went traveling in our rv that also had AAA 7 months into our trip I put my truck in a ditch in South Dakota after waiting 10 hours the tow truck driver would not pull me out because their was several inches of snow on the road I had to hire a independent to pull me out that cost me $111.00 dollars AAA would not reimburse me for this. I was a member for 16 years. Today I cancelled! The last two times I required emergency roadside assistance, the response was well over an hour. I called to speak to a supervisor and I was informed that the supervisor would get back to me in 7 to 10 business days. No need to respond, I will use my insurance tow service in the future. Before you buy look at how many 1 star reviews they have received.

I have never had such poor service after being member 36 years. We have not had to use it very many times. But had premium level, also had additional driver. We had my daughter stranded on turnpike. The first one after hooked said would only take her 16 miles. Then in Cranberry TWP they couldn't get anyone that would go that far which at the beginning was 90 miles under the amount your allowance for our level that we pay extra!!! It took 6 hrs before they got someone! Then they said would be at our house at noon and never got there until 5:30 pm.

Called for a tow due to a bad starter in my car. The operator told me I had to be there with the car in person, which I was not able to be. I had to wait an entire day when I had the the time before I could have my car towed for repairs. This is completely unacceptable and AAA should change their policy to serve members. I will be looking for a new tow service provider. Completely dissatisfied!

Very upsetting that they will not tow a vehicle again after being towed two days ago! I don’t know how they expect it to be towed to a garage/mechanic in middle of night in a town you know none! We had to get it off middle of road so had it took to friends, so today (Monday) we could find a mechanic and have it towed. AAA customer service says they won’t tow again without a charge since same vehicle. I guess we were suppose to just pick a garage out of phone book without research for it to be towed to. SERIOUSLY AAA! Very disappointed!

Worst company I have dealt with. I was in an accident with a AAA covered person and in Oklahoma they are slow, don't return calls and have no care about the person. Just cancelled my AAA travel package. When youn realaize how bad a big company with a big name really is you will pay extra when traveling. Feels like we're dealing with a third party small company.... 3 months later no claim processed and he says they have others ahead of me first. Screw that, lawyer just hired.

I've been a Triple A member for a long time. Approximately 20 yrs or more. I felt it was a good company. It may be a sign of the times we are going though but this company has more then dropped the ball in my opinion. They of course don't have the help, and if you do get someone there to help you, they are not experienced. I was told recently that they are going to do away with trip tixs and tour books and you will have to get everything on line...I don't like it at all.
