I had the soft water unit installed in 2013 and in April 2026 had to upgrade as my water pressure decreased dramatically. The new unit has a lifetime guarantee so I'm thrilled. The installer, Hector was very professional, did a thorough job and explained in details the process and what is expected of me to upkeep. I'm very happy with Quality Home Services and highly recommend them.

I was so very pleasantly surprised by the Quality Home Services home water test, from start to finish. Eric was the representative who conducted my home water test, and I was simply BLOWN AWAY by what I discovered in my tap water. And it wasn’t even that my tapper had a super heavy toxic contamination load, because it really didn’t, but the hardness of my water and everything that comes with that blew my mind. This was definitely a learning experience, discovering all the residue left behind from tap water, soaps, chemicals, medications, and hardness. I had never felt or tasted truly clean, pure, soft water before, and let me tell you, once you do, you can never go back. At least I couldn’t! Eric was so patient, kind, professional, and extremely informative, thoroughly explaining every aspect of water, what we use it for in our homes and our lives, and how a home water system (as well as reverse osmosis system) can improve overall quality of life. I actually became a bit upset that this isn’t just the standard we have for water in America. Everyone should have this kind of quality water in their homes. I could go on and on. Needless to say, I’m very satisfied with Eric, the home water test, the products (and lifetime warranty!), and the overall experience we had in my home today. He was extremely patient and understanding, was not aggressive in trying to sell me a product, but rather aimed to educate me and work within the means of my finances and what I felt comfortable with. That is very appreciated. I would recommend to this company and this system to every single living and breathing human being, because this is something that effects not only your individual health, but your family, children, pets, clothes, surfaces, appliances… the more the list goes on, the more it just makes sense to have quality, trustworthy water.
