The Service Tech Kyle handled our Generac service this year. He communicated extremely well before and after the visit. He left the detailed report and invoice for us and was extremely nice to work with. I had an excellent experience with RainSoft! David, the technician who serviced our water system was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was thorough in his job & very friendly. He made sure that we understand why we need to replace our rainsoft tank & motor even after replacing the three filters system & the difference of the new motor from our current one that is not working anymore. As a loyal Rainsoft client, he gave us a good price. He made sure that we are happy & perfectly understand what we’re paying for before leaving. I also want to commend the installation team, Hector & Esteban for setting up my new RainSoft tank. They were efficient, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy after the job was done. You can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of service and the professionalism of the entire RainSoft team. Highly recommended!

In this crazy world where it seems so difficult for people to be kind, it is apparent to me you have hired some of the best at what they do and they do it with confidence, politeness but most of all they are just genuinely kind. The following people are what made my experience so incrediably postive! 1. Tina Vasquez – she scheduled the service and when I called her back we tried hard to make some changes but it just wasn’t going to work. Laughing we ended up keeping the original schedule. 2. Abel Villasenor – my Technician. He was WONDERFUL and extremely knowledgeable. He made it almost painless to get a new system. Much to my surprise my old system was already 17 years old! Time really does fly. I enjoyed our visit and if and when I ever need another technician to come out to my house, my vote is for him. 3. Tim Pardi – a big thank you for arranging to have my new system installed within 4 hours of the order. He even called a couple of times to let me know when to expect the installers. My time off is limited so this was beyond helpful to me. Thanks Tim! 4. Hector Oceguera Vasquez and Esteban Hernandez – my installers, my Dream Team! They were so kind and polite. Everything was replaced in 45 minutes. Esteban gave me the 4.1.1. on the new system (not that I will remember everything) with much confidence and authority in his knowledge. Hector made sure everything was right and I was happy. It was clear he was mentoring Esteban and what a great guy to have as your mentor. Esteban and Hector were awesome and explained everything perfectly. I had to take a dump and they hurried to get the water back on. That’s a win in my book. Everything else was fantastic!!!!
