3M Water was established in 1902 and has since grown into a worldwide online store. Science is at the core of everything that 3M Water does and produces. 3M Water also believes in implementing sustainability for their products. Although they are an international and multi-industry company, they strive to produce quality products while still donating money and trying to solve some of the world's biggest problems. Some of the big accomplishments that 3M Water has achieved are using less water than competitors, cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 57 percent, and releasing fewer pollutants.

Although their brand size isn't very big, they have been established for years and have served thousands of customers worldwide. Additionally, they have over 90,000 employees.

3M Water has full coverage in the United States, and ships products to all 50 states. They also ship their products internationally.

Additional Products

3M Water offers many different products and resources for customers to help with their specific water softener needs, and more. They have products and features for all types of budgets. Prices differ based on the different systems. Additionally, 3M Water sells various different services and products in different markets. 3M service the following markets: cleaning and protecting, personal health care, home improvement, office, school supplies, sports and recreation, and decorating crafts.

There is a lot of information that 3M Water doesn't include on their website. They do not provide any information regarding contract length or a cancellation policy. Other industry competitors are very transparent when providing information about contracts. Usually there are month to month contracts or yearly contracts, but 3M Water does not release this information on their website. Additionally, they do not disclose if they have a cancellation or refund policy regarding contracts.

Installation Services

3M Water only offers installation services based on location and certain products. Although you have the product shipped to your home, you have to ask whether installation services are available. If installation services are available in your area and with your product, you will have to pay an additional fee for installation.
