I had my water filtration system installed in June 2024 so it's been a year. I'm happy with it so far. Immediately after installation I noticed how soft the water felt on my skin. The hard water previously made my skin itchy and very dry. Now I enjoy taking a shower/bath and don't have to worry about dry skin anymore. The water in our fish tank is much better as well. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It was a seamless process from beginning to end. I was a Home Depot customer looking to check my well water and filled out a form . An Atlantic water professional came to my home on time tested my water explained everything answered all of my questions gave me a very reasonable price for home filtration and set up a date for installation. They even went out of their way to accommodate an evening appointment. No one does this. The job was quick. The men that were there knew what they were doing. They were very neat and I’m a stickler for this kind of stuff they cleaned up after themselves and the set up of the plumbing and equipment looks straight and orderly. But the most important part is the taste of the water. I remembered what the consultant said when he first came to my house before the install he told me that it would definitely taste different than what I was used to. He was not exaggerating. This is the best tasting water I’ve ever had and it’s free and it comes from the Earth purified and for my family to enjoy for years to come. I also like the fact that I don’t have to worry about the filters or when stuff’s gonna need to be replaced because there’s actually a timer on The filter unit that tracks how long things have been in there and when they need to be replaced. Overall top-notch excellent company to do business with I can refer them wholeheartedly without hesitation-thank you Atlantic water.

Dorothy came to our house and provided and informative and interesting explanation of our water quality. I knew we had some problems with water hardness, but she was able to measure and explain that to us with both the chemistry set and by pointing out the practical consequences that we were starting to see around the house. She was terrific with the explanation of the recommended system, had a range of images so we understood what would be installed, and we got to know her a bit in the course of our meeting. After a bit of discussion, we moved forward with the installation. I am delighted with the results. The team that did the install was completely professional and made sure the corner of the basement was in good shape (packaging removed for haul away) and then we got a tutorial on the system. A couple weeks later we had a check in visit so I could have a refresher on how the system operates and to confirm that all was working. Great showers around here with the new fix! I would recommend Dorothy and the whole team at Rain Soft, absolutely!
