Teledirect rocks. By far the most reliable call center we have worked with. Very good customer service by the call center agents. Hardly any down time which is very valuable for us as we are completely dependent on them for our business. Gone are the days where you could hire inhouse and expect those employees to stay long term. Outsourcing is the way to go and Teledirect is a reliable partner.

Overall, TeleDirect is helpful but there have been problems also. A few times, I have made requests that have not been completed by them, even after they assured me it would be. I can understand them being a 'work in progress' but I also want them to maintain a professional obligation where I can expect things will be done successfully and not forgotten or neglected. Multiple times, they have attached incorrect call back numbers to their voicemails, where our members cannot get in touch with us properly. I would much rather they ask if they have questions or confusions about our process, instead of just 'guessing' which leads to more issues that will need to be corrected and resolved later. This was just one example, but there are others that I won't get into on this.
