Zoom also uses advanced audio processing technology to suppress excess noise, cancel echos, and remove room reverberation.

Desk phone and Softphone Options

Zoom Phones allows clients to choose between traditional phone and softphone options. For businesses that require desk phones, Zoom has a variety of brands and models available for purchase. However, if your business employs remote workers, Zoom’s desktop and mobile apps can save you the extra expense of sending a physical phone to your employees.

The Bad

  • Limited Information on Customer Support

Limited Information on Customer Support

Zoom’s website provides very limited information on its customer support options. Businesses with limited or off-site IT staff may need to talk to a sales representative about what customer support Zoom provides and if it comes with any extra charge.

The Bottom Line

Its audio quality and ability to transition to video conferencing help to ensure a quality communication service. Businesses interested in using Zoom Phone should not hesitate to contact a sales representative to discuss the specific needs of their business.

Hosting video and call conferences on zoom is very easy and simple compared to other simple softwares. Zoom has proper screen sharing during the meeting.
