Really dreadful customer service. You can't chose a delivery day. You can't change any details once the products has left the supplier. You can't contact the driver. Today, I was working from home, to enable delivery. Tracking the package, I could see that there were 4 more deliveries before me so I went to sit in the window, to look for the van. After 10 minutes I refreshed the page to see the message, 'The driver was unable to locate your address. Please contact us." I can apparently collect from the depo, which is 19 miles away, in the middle of nowhere and I don't have a car. I cannot contact Yodel through their chat, to arrange another delivery. The is the second bad experienceI have had with Yodel. If I had known the supplier was using their services, I would have ordered through someone else.
