Xfinity Voice Unlimited grants customers access to not only unlimited calling but also unlimited text messages. This is new for most customers and is a benefit to those with relatives in areas outside of the United States.

Most VoIP service providers require you to use a specific modem for its service, but Xfinity allows access to many other modems. Customers who are unsatisfied with their communication network can change without a huge hassle.

This service has been reported by many people to be ineffective. Nomorobo was created to help customers block spam and robot callers. Its services have received many awards and accolades, but some people who set up an account with Nomorobo have received more spam calls and have responded negatively to this service. The silver lining, you don’t have to use the Nomorobo feature and many would recommend that you didn’t.
