Great voice quality, fair price for individual user. Best customer service ever. I've been their customer many years and Phone.com is terrific. Configuration is easy, they supply the modem and their web site is easy to use. Just introduced SMS capability.

Their account set up is very user friendly. It's easy to make changes when going on vacation and for after hours. I have never had a problem with service reliability. I love the feature of being able to forward calls through a rotation, or hierarchy.
