The calls that come in are disconnected at least 50% of the time before you have a chance to answer. When we are able to pick up a call, there is a delay in the line so we end up talking over our clients presenting us in a very unprofessional light. We have called many times about these concerns and the issues continue. Beware that this company will not allow you to transfer your telephone number to another service such as Verizon OneTalk, which does not have those issues, even though eVoice cannot/will not fix the issues with its service. The upside to the service is the professional greeting and ability to have your calls directed into voicemail if you are on able to pick up.
