Made the mistake of buying my glasses through optical department in KP Olympia. Have gone back four times trying to get frames that didn't pinch. 40 minute wait each time and NO help. Staff offers a difference excuse (lie?) each time about the delay. When I asked if I would have gotten better service at an outside place, staff member said "yes".
