EyeBenefits offers a good network that includes LASIK locations, independent optometrists, and optical stores like VisionWorks, America's Best, LensCrafters, and Pearle Vision. LASIK is offered through QualSight.

Affordable Group and Individual Membership Program
EyeBenefits offers vision discount plans to groups and individuals. Membership is very affordable and cheaper than purchasing vision insurance. Rates start at $30 per year for individuals or $45 per year for families. You also benefit from no limits on the services you receive.

Hearing Benefits

Hear in America offers a free hearing screening and discounted hearing aids. Hearing aids come with three years of warranty coverage, loss and damage coverage, batteries, and follow-up care. Hear in America also offers financing on hearing aids.
EPIC Hearing Service Plan (HSP) also offers discounts on brand name hearing aids and products. While this plan is not insurance, it coordinates with Managed Medicare or supplemental insurance plans.
Online Portal
Through EyeBenefits's online portal, you can purchase contact lenses. This makes contact shopping convenient and easy. Other vision plan providers also have similar online stores, and some offer more than contacts through these stores. However, EyeBenefits's offering of an online store makes it competitive.
