Both of our kids are with Turito more than 12 months now. They are really enjoying subject well thanks to their tutor. We are really happy with the tutor who is very much caring, friendly, and good in the subject. We also appreciate the customer support of Turito who help us in a timely manner to adjust class timings, etc when required.

Most of the reviews here are fake. We enrolled 1st grader and 7th grader both are academically accelerated kids. Here is the experience after 2 weeks:-
1. 1st grade English teacher (Ms L) ended her sessions 20 mins early on both times. On the top she was asking my kid to leave zoom session on (most likely so that she can show that she is on for entire session to Turito because that's what she said when we complained). When we confronted her she had all kind of lies and excuses (Kids wanted to leave early, we were sitting next to the kid so know that was not the case, I have back to back classes so generally finish in 45-50 mins etc., she argued that we are not correct even though whole session was recorded). Good part is that everything on zoom and recorded. We asked coordinator to check the recordings and replace the teacher which they are doing now. Content wise she was very slow. Was teaching a high caliber student phonetic sound which is a kindergarten material while on demo she was teaching sentence structure. Very rude teacher. Kid didn't like her at all.
2. 1st Grade Math - Teacher (Saurabh S) is good and very soft spoken. Kid likes him but unfortunately he didn't show up for very next class. Turito was searching for him and couldn't find him too. Lol. He showed up after 20 mins and said his camera was not working and asked to reschedule. So far it was good but his excuse did not sound genuine. Seems like this one going down the drain too.
3. 7th Grade english - Too early to say but teacher seems to be knowledgable.
So far sounds like this place is may be for kids who struggle in school but may not necessarily for kids who excel and wants to compete or do better in schools. Teacher overall seems ok but it's their second job doing late night to cover for US based kids. Very hard to sustain and it's showing up with their absences.

I am currently happy with the teachers we have from Turito. Initially the teacher we had did not show up on time so we requested for a change. I wish we could have had someone that showed the website and the homework side of things. Luckily now we have good teachers so we are happy. Definitely customer service needs to improve. I think they should just have one person from start to end help with everything instead of referring to other people.

3 Stars are for teachers only.
Few teachers were brilliant and we were happy about how they taught our daughter so well and some wasted our time by not showing up on time or were sleeping at times.
The worst thing was that we paid for 100 classes together and initially, things worked out good...but after 6 months my daughter was getting tired and we did not want to continue with classes
They had promised to refund classes we did not use and to get a refund it took more than 20 emails, help desk requests, WhatsApp chat, and regular customer services calls and chats....I wasted more than 4-5 hours in 10 weeks now but still have received my refund back.
Classes are good but pay only as you go.....never pay for more than 10 classes at once even though its cheaper.

I liked the concept and the facilities provided by turito and I was interested in enrolling my kid as well but one of my relatives showed me a video recording of a regular class with a teacher named Ms. Shahar B. and what a horrible class that was. The kid was not paying attention and the teacher was not able to do anything about it. She acted very unprofessionally like calling the student "bro" in almost every sentence and kept looking at her mobile most of the time while he was speaking. She even talked a bit rudely with him. Thankfully, the parents have decided to change the tutor and hopefully a better and a professional one will be appointed. I'm quite disappointed by the level of unempathetic and unprofessional teachers on here. Hope they audit them better in the future because I was and still am genuinely interested in enrolling my kid but with a different teacher.

I have enrolled my kids for math classes, but discontinued after a few sessions due to some personal reasons. Prior to our enrollment, Turito had agreed to refund the remaining fees. However, upon requesting the refund, they have shown their original color by being unresponsive to our calls and emails.
After multiple attempts for more than a month they said they can give only credits as refund and I need to use them for classes again which is not possible.
They will try to dilute the situation by saying that we are trying our best for providing refund money but they never try for it. They do this fraud in UTMOST TRANSPARENT way.
I urge others not to waste their hard-earned money here. Despite the lowest rating being 1, I reluctantly give them this score, although they do not even deserve that.
If you still enroll your kids after reading this review then be prepared to put a similar review here.

Beware - They have a strategy to use best teacher for trial and initial enrolment to take money out of your pocket. Once you purchase the bundle classes, they will give reasons to change the teachers and dilute the quality of classes. Teachers do not go as per the student pace rather tick the boxes designed by Turito . Which does not work in Australian curriculum.
Inspite of all issues they are not agreeing to refund the unused classes. Very pushy to purchase 50 class bundle during the initial enrollment. When the quality of coaching detoriates no cancellation or refund . As per policy, refund can be claimed only before 30 days. Their real colors revealed after first 30 days. Please dont waste money on them.

I signed up online SAT services for my son but after few classes we decided to cancel service and request refund. Some practice questions answers were confusing/way off (tutor agreed) and some practice questions had garbled text (technical problem). Looks like they neither proofread practice question nor tested website. They offered to apply credit for 1-1 lessons which we declined. The contract clearly indicate if we don't like classes we will be refunded for un-used classes. I have been emailing and calling every contact I have to follow-up on refund for past 6 months without any progress. This company is WORST. Please don't use it.

In one word "Turito is scam". Please think twice before paying. Turito is cheaper than other web based tutors but they did not deserve for that also. If you want to try go for 3-4 classes not more than that i am sure you will not continue in future with Turito.
Why i am saying it is a scam, please refer below points.
1. Teacher is sleeping during class. More focus on passing the time. No attentive at all.
2. Random topic selection(No syllabus)). No assignment/homework. No trace of progress.
3. Communicating over WhatsApp and keep changing the numbers.
4. Dedicated relationship manager but not available to talk to resolve the issues.
5. You will never hear anything from them on issues you have to keep calling them to resolve the issues. Mostly you will not get connected with them.
6. I know 7 kids who were attending classes from Turito and now they all stopped.

Over the past two months, my child's English and Math tuition classes with Turito have been marred by a series of issues, including frequent rescheduling, teacher absences, sudden changes in class days, and portal malfunctions. Despite my repeated requests for resolution, the company has shown a lack of responsiveness and has been unable to provide a reliable solution.

I would only say dislike very unprofessional staff when it comes to request leave of absence. They didnt inform me that my son's english class was canceled I found out when the tutor actually checked with me thinking that I canceled the class but it was turito didnt inform the client nor the tutor for the cancelation of the class and they expect from clients that they should request a leave of absence from student 4 hours prior to the class when they are not organized and on top of that when you raise the ticket it says 24 hours to contact us and same on the chat you have to force the help desk to help us they wont reply if u dont remind them after 10 mins by putting signs
Very irresponsible and unfriendly staff and the portal.

We had bad experience with this company, actually ended up forgoing $1500 Save your time and money, don't sign up for their service. They lock you in with lumpsum payment and after that they don't care about the service. Too many issues to write here, please circulate among your friend circles. Don't waste your money.
When we sign up they have advised that they will refund the money back and now they are wasting time and advise that due to there T & C they cannot refund, very horrible service no business ethics...please don’t even think to sign up with them.
their customer support is terrible and platform are non-existent.
With all this experience we need to file case in consumer court as they are cheating every one and need to have a lesson ( I did save all my conversations as well )

I have a really bad experience with Turito. They just call every 2nd day until you enrol your child. They make false promises that online classes can be stopped at anytime if we don't like the teaching and fees are refunded.
Enrolled one of Mt Child paid $800 upfront. Very bad teaching. 1 hour class only goes for 40 min. Platform does not work. Their platform does not support video or interactive based learning.
They will never refund your money. Customer service is bad. I had to stop classes and lost all the fees paid. Fraud practices. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. Have your child with face to face classes. Once you pay the fees they are different.
My child use to login and wait for the teacher, when we call customer support, they said today teacher is absent.
Paid fees for 100 classes. Stopped only after 30 classes and lost all money paid as they will not refund.
I had to give atleast 1 star to be able to submit review. Actually 0 stars.

Turito is the worst online tutorial company I ever seen, very bad response from Relationship Managers, always having connection issues with Teacher. Sometimes teachers put you in hold with mic and video off. Not sure how the other have very brilliant experience with Turito,, We are dealing with them 4 months, what was inttially said is not in course material, After having many calls and discussions, they charged the double the price on a particular course. When i want to cancel and refund no response from sales team or relationship manager from last 3 weeks. This is genuine review, please think twice before choosing Turito.

Here are a few examples:
1. There is no such thing as a Relationship Manager, who they claim will always be available when you require their services.
2. You will be killed in a battle of back and forth with idiots on the Helpdesk who have no authority to do anything when it comes to rescheduling or canceling a class.
3. Even if your internet is the fastest, the videos and microphones do not work during a class.
4. There are some teachers who are good- no problems there.
5. The dashboard they use to manage the service is below average.
6. It is not possible to complete homework online and must be submitted and uploaded each time it is assigned.
In comparison with other providers, there are many more providers who are 100 times better than them, so parents are requested not to get trapped in this shambolic Turito system. I find it to be utterly inadequate!

Whatever the 4 or 5 star ratings that you are seeing, they are all paid!
Their fee structure is a fraudulent scheme. They will force you to pay in advance for say, 100 classes and (fake) promise you that they would return pro-rata in case you discontinue. We trusted in them and paid the money. When we asked to return the money as and when we wanted discontinue their service (reason explained below), they said that they changed their "policy", hence not returning any money. So flexible policy. Glad that they did not change their policy that we had to pay double the price to discontinue the service. Absolute cheating! It's an online scam. Don't get trapped.
We saw absolutely 0 gain for our child and it was a waste of time. The teacher comes in first 10 minutes and disappears. Then comes back in the last 5 minutes and says goodbye. Initially it was good, but when they realize that the parents are not with the students, they let the kids play some game and just do their own work. The tutor does not even know any basics of coding, but she was supposed to be a coding tutor.
In addition to these, you will get a promotional call from them every week to pull your friends into this game. You will be paid $100 referral bonus :). So kind!

I cannot express my disappointment enough with Turito's services. They have proven to be nothing but a deceitful and untrustworthy online education platform. From start to finish, my experience with them was riddled with cheating, false promises, a lack of refund policy, and downright negligent teaching methods.
Turito's refund policy is virtually non-existent. Despite their claims of customer satisfaction and money-back guarantees, they conveniently neglected to refund my payment when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their services. It's clear that they are more interested in profiting from unsuspecting customers than delivering on their promises The quality of online teaching on Turito was abysmal. The instructors were often unprepared and seemed to lack subject knowledge. Their explanations were vague and unclear, leaving students confused and frustrated. Technical issues were a constant problem, with poor audio and video quality that hindered effective communication and learning. I regret ever engaging with Turito. Their cheating culture, false promises, lack of refund policy, and subpar teaching quality have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy online education platform. Turito simply cannot be trusted to deliver on their claims.
