Worst tutoring service ever. Don't join your kids here. We opted for 3 classes for our two kids and paid tuition in full for the entire year. In the first month only kids did not like because tutors are impatient, often cancel classes, etc. So we asked for refund and nothing happened so far. They don't give your money back. Paidclose to$2000

The training quality was very substandard. The sales staffs will give a lot of false commitments, dont fall prey to their false commitments and waste your money and time. I spoke to a few parents who had enrolled their children with Turito and none of them continued after the first set of classes. Turito survives with first time enrolls and students don't continue for long. They would also circulate attractive referral bonus scheme but never pay the bonus and would cheat you by stating new terms and conditions.

I would only say dislike very unprofessional staff when it comes to request leave of absence. They didnt inform me that my son's english class was canceled I found out when the tutor actually checked with me thinking that I canceled the class but it was turito didnt inform the client nor the tutor for the cancelation of the class and they expect from clients that they should request a leave of absence from student 4 hours prior to the class when they are not organized and on top of that when you raise the ticket it says 24 hours to contact us and same on the chat you have to force the help desk to help us they wont reply if u dont remind them after 10 mins by putting signs Very irresponsible and unfriendly staff and the portal.

We had bad experience with this company, actually ended up forgoing $1500 Save your time and money, don't sign up for their service. They lock you in with lumpsum payment and after that they don't care about the service. Too many issues to write here, please circulate among your friend circles. Don't waste your money. When we sign up they have advised that they will refund the money back and now they are wasting time and advise that due to there T & C they cannot refund, very horrible service no business ethics...please don’t even think to sign up with them. their customer support is terrible and platform are non-existent. With all this experience we need to file case in consumer court as they are cheating every one and need to have a lesson ( I did save all my conversations as well )

I have a really bad experience with Turito. They just call every 2nd day until you enrol your child. They make false promises that online classes can be stopped at anytime if we don't like the teaching and fees are refunded. Enrolled one of Mt Child paid $800 upfront. Very bad teaching. 1 hour class only goes for 40 min. Platform does not work. Their platform does not support video or interactive based learning. They will never refund your money. Customer service is bad. I had to stop classes and lost all the fees paid. Fraud practices. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. Have your child with face to face classes. Once you pay the fees they are different. My child use to login and wait for the teacher, when we call customer support, they said today teacher is absent. Paid fees for 100 classes. Stopped only after 30 classes and lost all money paid as they will not refund. I had to give atleast 1 star to be able to submit review. Actually 0 stars. FRAUD. THEY MAKE MONEY USING CHILDREN AND EDUCATION.

Turito is the worst online tutorial company I ever seen, very bad response from Relationship Managers, always having connection issues with Teacher. Sometimes teachers put you in hold with mic and video off. Not sure how the other have very brilliant experience with Turito,, We are dealing with them 4 months, what was inttially said is not in course material, After having many calls and discussions, they charged the double the price on a particular course. When i want to cancel and refund no response from sales team or relationship manager from last 3 weeks. This is genuine review, please think twice before choosing Turito.

Here are a few examples: 1. There is no such thing as a Relationship Manager, who they claim will always be available when you require their services. 2. You will be killed in a battle of back and forth with idiots on the Helpdesk who have no authority to do anything when it comes to rescheduling or canceling a class. 3. Even if your internet is the fastest, the videos and microphones do not work during a class. 4. There are some teachers who are good- no problems there. 5. The dashboard they use to manage the service is below average. 6. It is not possible to complete homework online and must be submitted and uploaded each time it is assigned. In comparison with other providers, there are many more providers who are 100 times better than them, so parents are requested not to get trapped in this shambolic Turito system. I find it to be utterly inadequate!

Whatever the 4 or 5 star ratings that you are seeing, they are all paid! Their fee structure is a fraudulent scheme. They will force you to pay in advance for say, 100 classes and (fake) promise you that they would return pro-rata in case you discontinue. We trusted in them and paid the money. When we asked to return the money as and when we wanted discontinue their service (reason explained below), they said that they changed their "policy", hence not returning any money. So flexible policy. Glad that they did not change their policy that we had to pay double the price to discontinue the service. Absolute cheating! It's an online scam. Don't get trapped. We saw absolutely 0 gain for our child and it was a waste of time. The teacher comes in first 10 minutes and disappears. Then comes back in the last 5 minutes and says goodbye. Initially it was good, but when they realize that the parents are not with the students, they let the kids play some game and just do their own work. The tutor does not even know any basics of coding, but she was supposed to be a coding tutor. In addition to these, you will get a promotional call from them every week to pull your friends into this game. You will be paid $100 referral bonus :). So kind!

I cannot express my disappointment enough with Turito's services. They have proven to be nothing but a deceitful and untrustworthy online education platform. From start to finish, my experience with them was riddled with cheating, false promises, a lack of refund policy, and downright negligent teaching methods. Turito's refund policy is virtually non-existent. Despite their claims of customer satisfaction and money-back guarantees, they conveniently neglected to refund my payment when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their services. It's clear that they are more interested in profiting from unsuspecting customers than delivering on their promises The quality of online teaching on Turito was abysmal. The instructors were often unprepared and seemed to lack subject knowledge. Their explanations were vague and unclear, leaving students confused and frustrated. Technical issues were a constant problem, with poor audio and video quality that hindered effective communication and learning. I regret ever engaging with Turito. Their cheating culture, false promises, lack of refund policy, and subpar teaching quality have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy online education platform. Turito simply cannot be trusted to deliver on their claims.

I would say even 1star is more for Turito. There's no one responsible who can take the ownership of classes. The relationship manager has no powers except asking for more classes and not responsive. The children classes are cancelled just before the class without any reason. I understand there are personal reasons but that should be informed with advance notice and alternative should be discussed. It's not 1 or 2 times, this happens on a regular basis for all the classes irrespective of Tutors. I asked multiple times to speak to their management about the classes but nobody bothers. Never had such worst experience in my life and would caution anyone opting for their classes.

Half of the time, teachers will not join the class and then it is a nightmare. They don't inform on time and the teacher and the platform are always out of sync. SCAM ALERT!! I have had the sales person constantly… I have had the sales person constantly contact me unlimited times in a day to confirm if I want my child to enrol. Once I gave a go ahead, they were constantly after me to finalise the payment “as he was under a lot of pressure”. As soon as I did the payment, and asked for a timetable for classes to start, there has been zero correspondence. Complete ignorance of my messages and no reply to my calls. Whereas earlier I would get a response within seconds. Do not fall prey to it. It’s a scam!

I am getting calls from Turito every day either from USA or Canada random phone numbers. I have requested them every time to remove my phone number from their list. But the very second day, I am getting another call from them. My phone number is on the federal government's National Do Not Call Registry. I don't understand how do these companies get our number and making random calls , This has to be stopped.

Terrible experience. Joined with a 3 month trial with promise of full refund if cancelled within a month. Cancelled after couple of classes as teacher couldn't communicate well in english and my daughter was having trouble understanding. They did respond to my refund request after a week and then kept saying refund will be issued but they didn't issue a refund for a month. Luckily I paid via paypal and disputed the transaction to get full refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will say anything to get you to pay.

They are from India and very difficult to understand. They call obsessively and email non stop. Save yourself the trouble and tell them you don’t have children. We did a free trial class and I had to sit with my son to translate the heavy Indian accent, then the gentleman who called to say we could have a different “tutor” had the same heavy accent. Don’t waste your time.
