I'm really happy with all the information and materials I recieved and the reminders. It's very easy to use, keep track, and my teeth are shifting. But some of the aligners do scratch my gums and inside of my mouth, so I've had to get dental wax in addition. But if the end result gets me what I'm hoping for okay.

I loved being able to brush a whitening agent onto my own teeth with the pens they produce. However, the gel did not whiten as well as I thought they would, I saw very little difference in the coloring of my teeth, and they did not keep the whitened color after about a week.

The company does not know how to scale and grow. They do not share the truth and clearly are unable to make the profit winnings promised to investors. This company has never had a good finance dept. people have been taken advantage of and honestly when you first start you think that you're joining smart people at an established company but it is do or die and everyone is making it up as they go. Which is partial to what led them to take a deep dive in stock because everyone is scrambling to take care of the business with band aids and tape. The company culture is toxic and political. This place is really a lost cause.
