Zero to No contact in 4 months of 2024 since mid-July No attributed updates other than to find the previous assigned Case Representative had to moved on Or was not integral in process unfinished filing. I do not pretend that I always do things correct. But the absence of follow-up communication is unacceptable. Especially a minimum 3 min.phone call Or short email reply does not matter. However the IRS should be finishing their part to edit a return by default. Lack luster performance.

GATL is a SCAM! Once they get your money, they don't return phone calls or emails until you involve the police. They took $7000 from me and then NOTHING! No refund. No paperwork. No phone calls. I'm getting charged penalities and interest by the IRS because GATL took my money and didn't do what they promised. AVOID these scammers at all costs!

Paid them $2000 back in July. They were so nice and helpful until I gave them my money. I have called close to 100x since then. I always get the run around and never a call back
