NEVER EVER hire out of town agency. They never call back and after all their fees after a year my taxes still to this day never got filed. I have had to jump through hoops with the IRS to keep myself from loosing my job and go to jail as a result.

Absolute scammers. They hook you with smooth talking and a small fee to begin with and then they charge you more to actually solve the problem. Scammed me for $3,000 US dollars and didn't fix a thing. What do they care it's not their money.
