My agent ( Heather I.) worked tirelessly for me, she kept me well informed about the process. Heather didn’t know this but my wife has stage four psoriasis of the liver, poor girl never tasted alcohol in her life, her father passed away of the same disease. NEVER EVER hire out of town agency. They never call back and after all their fees after a year my taxes still to this day never got filed. I have had to jump through hoops with the IRS to keep myself from loosing my job and go to jail as a result.

Absolute scammers. They hook you with smooth talking and a small fee to begin with and then they charge you more to actually solve the problem. Scammed me for $3,000 US dollars and didn't fix a thing. What do they care it's not their money.
