I have never owed the IRS before, so when I did owe a fairly large amount I panicked. I had heard of Optima Tax Relief via TV and Facebook and decided to give them a try. The helped me reach a solution and the whole process was made easy and hassle free. I would absolutely recommed Optima!

They were unclear about everything. I wound up paying almost as much as if I would have done it myself. The response from them was slow. They tried to get me set up on a payment plan with the IRS after I had already paid the tax bill that was sent. I didn't have enough time to forward it before it was due. Main problem was the being able to understand what was being said during calls. Sounded like gibberish.

I initially went with origin tax when I had some IRS debt a few years ago. I found them to be very helpful, and insightful on a topic I have and had no idea about. Going through IRS debt can be terrifying, so it’s important you have a company that knows what they are doing!
