I have been working with Tax Defense for about a year trying to solve my tax problem. They have kept me informed about the progress of my situation. Tax Defense has worked out a plan to have the tax I owe put in a non-collectable status and they informed me that the IRS has acknowledged my inability to pay. They have placed me in what could be described as an installment agreement without payment. As of now everything seems to be good as I haven't heard from the IRS. I am pleased about the way things have progressed thus far.

Overall it was a good experience. I will say at times I felt a little neglected by my tax rep in the beginning, but that was also because my rep changed about midway through the process. I came to Tax Defense Network with a tax lien of over $200K. I had worked with another firm and spent over $4K with no resolution and more debt to the IRS. After contracting with Tax Defense Network to resolve my debt I was assigned to several analysts who were not very aggressive in helping me resolve my tax debt problem. All of that changed when Tomika S was assigned as my case worker. Ms. S listened very attentively without judgement to my assessment of how I got in this situation and what my specific needs were. She was very reassuring that she would work diligently on my behalf to get the resolution that I needed. Ms. S exceeded my expectations in the way she diligently handled my case. She took time to communicate with me frequently and to patiently answer any questions that I had. I am so thankful to Ms. S from rescuing me from the abyss of unresolved tax debt. The first two account representatives to assist me didn’t make much progress and were slow and poor at responding to my questions and concerns. That all changed when Cynthia took over my case. If anybody was to ever questioned this company then. They are highly mistaken their rating is an A plus. On better business beruo that speaks for itself. Before my case even started. I was highly informed what was going to take place, and my case manger started right away. Once she obtained the information she needed to start the investigation. Every service cost but the cost in the end. Is well worth it in my opinion. The people that work for the company fully extend their genuine care and concerns.

Well honestly I was getting ready to lose everything and I was working 7 days a for almost 3 months and the IRS was garnishing my wages. Thank God that they was there to help me and stop garnishing my wages!!! And I just wanna say Thank You for everything you’ll have done for me!!
