They didn't do anything for me. Everything they promised me at the beginning they did not fulfil. They wound up just doing a payment for me and that's something I can do on my own and they charged me $4,000. When I asked for them to return my tax papers I had to wait, and I still haven't received everything in totality. They misrepresented it themselves and took advantage of me. It's the worst decision I have made.

TDN promises to negotiate you a fair and lower tax bill. Although did for me was get my tax bill increased by $10,000.00. When I signed up they told me they would go through my tax preparation agin to see if they could do better. They not only didn't go through my tax filing they lost my taxes papers, didn't file my taxes until a year after they were due when I had signed up with them a month before my taxes were due. The is the sorriest excuse for a business I have ever heard of in practice.

Because i was already paying my taxes they said stop pd them and we did they were trying to do away with it but they did help me because now i am in more then a little i have got to start paying 600.00 dolllar next yrs until it payed off but yet i should have left ya"ll along i gust because i'm a truck driving i make a lot of money i might lose everything me & my wife wrk for &she is disable and now butting head with then i know my GOD has got to have a very big blessing for me&my wife no i would not refer ya"ll to anyone

I don't think they did all they could for me. They said that they would add my 2017 tax in with my other taxes, but they did not. I R S sent me a letter stating that we had to pay over $600.00 by July because they didn't do my 2017 tax correctly.

After being a client of TDN for for many years the service has deteriorated to a complete failure to assist me. 2016 problems created by hurricane late taxes and fines unresolved. 2017 taxes not even started. They said they would take care of our taxes but it was all a bunch of lies. Everything they said turned out to be false. All they did was put us on hold for so long that interest rates just doubled and that didn't help us get anything resolved. We ended up paying them $3,000 and end up owing $10,000 more. We could've done it ourselves since they didn't do Jack. We got no relief.

I signed up because I thought that they could help me get my debt to where I didn't have to pay the IRS any money, I gave them one thousand dollars to do that and now they are requesting more money, they were misleading to me. I'm not satisfy the way it turned out, I probably won't do it again. I just wish that they would inform me more of the one thousand dollars to do my taxes instead of wanting me to pay more money to represent me on the legal file and getting ratio down what I owed. It was a mistake sign up with them. I'm completely unsatisfied since I was guarantee that they were going to permanently solve my problem with the IRS, and now I have to hire a lawyer and try to get my money back from them. I just can't afford to pay for the lawyer and they know that they were not satisfactory at all, and I'm expecting to receive my refund because what they did was something simple and I know that I could have it done myself. Also I was bounced from one to another person and I had a new one every couple months.

I didn't really know who to sign up with, I just saw them and decided to go with them. Now I'm sorry I did. On TV they say they are good at getting tax breaks and stuff like that but they never settled that out for me. Often I had to pay the full amount anyways. Now that I'm disabled and make a third of what I used to, I don't have the money to do that. That's why I have tax issues in the first place. On top of that, they tried to charge me for that. I paid $3,000 already and they helped me with nothing.

They took forever to get anything accomplished and then tried to blame it on us, saying we didn't sent information (which had been sent weeks or months before). When they finally got everything done over a year later, it was nothing more than we could have done ourselves. It was a waste of a lot of money. They are rude and condescending when you speak to them (at least our agent was), when it was always them that wasn't getting the work accomplished. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.. I
