This company has no morals. They have been messing up my account for the last two years. I have been lied to about my resolution not been completed. I have been lied to so many times, Told incorrect This company are the absolute WORST. They have lied about completing a settlement for me. There manager “Stephanie” repeating lied to me. Now another “Justin” who promised to take care of my case. Was total incompetence, Now another “Zee” who knows nothing about my case. It has been a year since all of my paperwork was completed on my end. After many , many, many phone calls and messages not being returned. I have never seen such BAD BUSINESS . And the owner- CEO - or whatever will not take responsibility for there employees.mThey will not return a phone call and no one takes responsibility for your very important paperwork. I ended up sick in the hospital from all of the stress this company has put me in. You cannot trust these people and my next stop will be the Better Business Bureau and I will proceed from there. I don’t know what makes a company think they can treat anyone like they do. My suggestion RUN don walk away from Alleviate Tax they have my worst experience in business ever. My last phone call I was threatened, WOW what a horrible company.

Alleviate Tax is a rip off! Do not waste your money on this company! We paid $6,000.00 up front for them to get started and told us we would have resolved in about 6 weeks. Here we are 5 months later and still nothing! We have done all that has been asked of us and they continue to give us the run around and want more money. We are about to lose our home and they still will not help resolve our IRS issue. I have emailed several times, left messages and no one has contacted me back. My husband has talked to the case worker several times and was hung up on due to him questioning what all has been done in order for us to have to pay them more money. This company is horrible! They take advantage of people that are desperate for help! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Quite honestly came to this website before hiring Alleviate Tax to do research on them, I am very leary being a small owner and owing back taxes to the IRS. I think being up front with business owners that you'll being putting federal tax Leins on our business is something that should be disclosed upfront. The communication has been horrific at best unless they want more money. We were told we would be doing an offer and compromise and that is what we paid for but that is far from what we got and I will be dropping them after speaking with the IRS myself today.

During the information gathering period they kept talking about how everything looked good, how I qualified for the "fresh start" program, how I would pay very little and be forgiven so much of my tax debt.
