It was a little hard at first because I was not receiving timely feedback. I went through a total of three customer relationship managers, ending with Stephanie. She is the reason I brought my rating from the original 2 or 3 stars to 4. She always kept me in the loop and I didn't feel like I had to follow up 5 and 6 times before receiving a reply. I am glad my service ended with her as it gave me a better view on the business.

There are 2 things that really stood out to me about this company. The first thing is their free discovery call where they will evaluate your tax situation and see how they can best help you. I like that they don't charge you to see if you qualify for their services. The second thing that really impressed me is their IRS fresh start program. In this program (which also has a free consultation), they can help you settle your debt with the IRS for less than you owe. The website provides pages of FAQs to answer your questions and see if this company is the right fit.

A very misleading and misrepresenting company. Don't fall for the successful reviews on their website, Read the compliant reviews on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website. They use the same tactic on customers over and over again.
