I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years & every year they get better. They do almost everything from downloading W-2 info from company web site to keeping me informed about refund status. No mistakes & the cost ha remained steady for many years. It sure takes the worry & hassle out of tax time.

I've been using TurboTax for the last 9yrs and this will be my last. TurboTax has been charging for the preparation and monitoring. Last couple of years I've been audited when TurboTax said I was good and everything was clear. I paid for services that lied to me. When I needed help this year, I couldn't find the questions to it. I would had to pay more money for help then additional for self employment. One good thing TurboTax has is the import taxes from the previous year. But this year they imported some information that I wasn't aware of and didn't know how to complete.

H&R Block is super easy to use and file taxes with. I have used the in-person services as well as the i line services and i highly recommend the services. Stop paying a fortune to someone when you can do it yourself with HRBlock.com!

Horrible place Selden NY. Incompetent people screwed up my families taxes. I wouldn't go here if it was for free. With many other tax agencies around on Google this place is in the cesspool forever. I heard the same concerns about their other locations.
