They make a lot of promises that they can't keep. When I started off doing taxes I started with them. They promise this and that but I never got what I was promised. They are quite pricey too. If you are only getting a small refund I don't recommend using them cause they will take your whole check

The lady that did my taxes did them all wrong. I filed from 2020-2024 last February, and she illegally put on my 2020 taxes that I made less than what I actually made, mind you all mine were 1099 c and I was charged 555.00 per tax year and everything was done wrong, so now I am seeking counsel and charges against this company and the tax preparer because I have all my receipts.

This service is not worth paying for. you do all the work by bringing them everything and they put it in a computer. they offered no help on how to save money or advise for next tax year. you are better off buying turbo tax.
