They make a lot of promises that they can't keep. When I started off doing taxes I started with them. They promise this and that but I never got what I was promised. They are quite pricey too. If you are only getting a small refund I don't recommend using them cause they will take your whole check

The lady that did my taxes did them all wrong. I filed from 2020-2024 last February, and she illegally put on my 2020 taxes that I made less than what I actually made, mind you all mine were 1099 c and I was charged 555.00 per tax year and everything was done wrong, so now I am seeking counsel and charges against this company and the tax preparer because I have all my receipts.

Horrible place Selden NY. Incompetent people screwed up my families taxes. I wouldn't go here if it was for free. With many other tax agencies around on Google this place is in the cesspool forever. I heard the same concerns about their other locations.
