I have had student loans through this company for several years now. They don't hound you for payments every couple weeks like other loan places do for students. I started school back in 2013 and finished in late 2015, they were very helpful when I contacted them to make a repayment plan. They worked with me on affordable payments and worked with me on months I couldn't make one. They ended up forgiving several thousand dollars of it. Will definitely consider them again in the future! Their customer support team is 5 stars.

StudentLoans.gov is a great organization that provided me with substantial assistance with my student loan debt. There are multiple tools to help including debt calculators, and information on compound interest. They also detail how best to address loan payoff. They have great customer service that has experts on hand to assist.

My husband's health interfered with his ability to finish school. The payment back was finally forgiven, but Uncle Sam takes MY tax refund every year until it's paid off. It wasn't my loan, but he's disabled and I have to pay it.

Studentloans.gov offers loans with each semester. They are usually enough to get you by without any issues. The site also breaks down a ton of information for you that makes it easy to see where you stand with your finances. Strongly recommend.

Used student loans for years while I was in school and never needed or wanted to switch. It could be difficult sometimes getting to talk to someone because of high call volume, but they did answer questions simply and thoroughly when my calls got through.

As far as borrowing money goes it was extremely easy to get what I needed to lat for school, I do wish that federal student loans didn’t have interest and that there were more options for loan forgiveness for teachers. But, I got the loans knowing the terms and have been happy (as happy as one can be about debt) with the service they provide.

Although I’m very appreciative of the loans that I receive from this organization I still find that they are very complicated in the way that they are set up online I feel like they could be more user-friendly in the way that you input your information for the eligibility of your loan.
