Changed the lineup without notice all comedy channels disappeared, when called them they informed me that those channels are now part of a bundle and I'd have to pay extra now. They have hidden fees and costs which they actually run commercials saying they don't have. They actually say cut the cord to your cable company and get away from this and turn around and do the same thing to you and this time you have no contract so you have no choice but to pay or cancel. I regret leaving my cable now and plan on going back at least I have a contract and no hidden changes.

I CANCELLED THE 7 DAY TRIAL ON THE SPECIFIED DAY AT 7:00PM BUT THEY PUT THE CHARGE of $34.99 THROUGH AT 4:00 PM AND WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM I CANCELLED ON THE SPECIFIED DAY, THEY WOULD NOT REVERSE THE CHARGE. SO THEY FELT IT WAS FAIR TO CHARGE ME $34.99 FOR 3 HOURS OF SERVICE! You be the judge. Is this the kind of company you want to do business with??

Roku freeezing makes Sling unusable for me, as I only use the Roku. If they can't provide a flawless streaming service on Roku, they should be up front about it, offer it at a discount, stop sending free Rokus as incentive to pay two months in advance, and even drop the Roku channel until they get the bugs worked out. After two years they should have this figured out. Plus I saw a Facebook Sling rep request a user's email and last 4 of credit card this afternoon. Rep "Luis" Bad news.

Sling tv has horrible customer service. When I called to ask why a channel and a certain drama is lagging they told me it wil lbe fixed. The only thing I was told was that they don't control content but that they charge us for it. How does that make sense. Its like saying a live game onTNT provided by At&t isn't on the same tnt channel provided by sling and it is lagging a week behind. Fraud.

I cancelled my services last month and they still took money out my account after I cancelled my services. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said they didn't have one. Then I demanded again to speak to someone she gets on the phone and say she can't give me my money back even tho I cancelled my service last month. They are awful I would never use them again

I liked that SlingTV had so much sports programming options. But we didn't end up using it very much. We decided to cancel because we found ourselves still using our Hulu and Netflix way more. We were hoping to just swap to SlingTV, but it wasn't a great replacement.

The whole reason i left cable is because I was tired of paying for commercials. Sling is no better. I understand they can't do anything about live TV, but the on demand programs should not have commercials. Netflix and hulu are both better.

You can now get streaming on 3 devices at a time with the $25 package (I think that is the "blue" package). If streaming to only 1 device it is $20 per month & fewer channels available.

I have cancelled the service and have the emails to prove it and they keep charging my cc. I call them and they can not find my email in their system because guess what ITS CANCELED!! So they are telling me they can not help because they cant find an active email in their system so my card will continue to get charged. WHAT CON ARTISTS!! RIP OFF!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!

Sling TV streaming service is horrible. The streaming crashes constantly during playback causing my roku to reboot. I contacted technical several times to no avail. I even had my internet provider come to my home to assessment my network. l have 40mb and was getting 38mb download. I have not been able to watch a program from start to finish without the playback crashing. Also their billing service is terrible as well. I was being overcharged and had to keep calling them for adjustments. I am cancelling service and disputing charges on my credit card.

Do not try if you are using Android. Every update has created more user interface issues without fixing old ones. Now all I get are constant error codes. (not connected to internet - android box is plugged directly into router, streaming not available - until i exit app multiple times, cannot scroll through channel/show listings with remote, etc... I have tried uninstalling app, resetting device, re-installing app to no avail. It has started doing all of the above mentioned on the Amazon firestick too. This service is garbage.

First, the service never worked. I tried to watch an NFL football game it was supposed to have, but all I ever saw as the orange rotating circle. 10s of minutes, 10-20 attempts. Ugh. Then, I cancelled on the 7th day and they will not refund me. They say they have a 7 day offer, but they don't come thru. They said their records showed I continued to use it. Ha, I have the cancellation email in my account. Time for the FCC and CC company. STAY AWAY

Worse thing ever. I kept trying to cancel and it was not working for a whole day. Finally I was able to cancel, and it's still the first day, and I am still charged the stupid ridiculous high price of $25. Almost all the content cost extra money. I hate this streaming service. Hulu+ is a million times better. And chiller, Asiancrush, Asia drama, and so many y others have a free service that's even better than this paid service.

Sling does not accept pre paid cards where i have direct deposit go on this card weekly so they tell me to go to egiftcard. I do well they also dont accept the cards. This is stupid just because i dont have a credit card i dont need or want one i cant buy services withe my hard earn money that i want to online. Yes i can go to the store buy the card thats not the point. Money is money i think weather it is prepaid or a credit card or debit card they should take them all. Not very good customer service. Every wheres else takes my card why cant they.

I contacted the Sling TV for about my issue code (10-220) for SIX MONTHS!!!! and they just keep email me to reset password, change roku, I spend couple hundred hundred dollars to change my internet service because they believe that can resove issue. I even email to all sling TV management. The answer is.... reset my roku, change password.... They have no customer service. I paid my money but looks like they just took my money and walk away. I will send to other TV channel and they might help me to spread out the word. OT

As of 12/6/16: I've had the service for about 15 months. Sometime late this summer I began having streaming issues on the Roku. Deleting the app then reinstalling, re-booting my router, nothing fixes the problem. Constantly buffering while watching HBO. I've been watching a 94 minute movie for 2 1/2 hours because of all of the buffering. Was good while it lasted anyway.

This company is reminiscent of AOL back in the day. They would refuse or make it very difficult to cancel your service and forget about getting a refund from customer service. My advice to everyone is to read the terms and conditions on the Sling website before giving out your credit card number. They will charge things you didn't authorize and refuse to refund your money. I am forced to take legal actions. Very BAD company. BEWARE!!!!

Fraud company charges to your credit card without any knowledge or authorization Customer service & their supervisor useless. Only solution given to unauthorize charges is appolgy but no reverse credit and cancel service. I have never ever experienced terrible customer service. Stay away from SLing TV - It's Unethical and has No Integrity Supervisor Hanged up the phone.

We have had trouble with the shows stopping and reloading in the middle of them ever since we had Sling TV, we do not want to get cable due to the cost of it. We tried to watch ESPN during the weekend with the same problem. I sent a message to them and the reply I received back was it was due to the internet connection. This has been an on going problem, would like to see this fixed.

From the start it never worked correctly, it just buffered and froze and my Nexflix always worked fine. Then when I go to cancel they say my account does not exist - and then I get charged the next month. I try to call them again but never get a person both times I wait 10 minutes. I finally email customer service and although I show proof I was charged they say they can't help me. AVOID THIS SERVICE!!!

The "Color Bangla" programs are all messed up. Title don't match with show. Example, I watch 3 shows Monday through sat. One of them is "Ma Durga". I just could not find that show today (8/12/16) at 8PM. the title is there but showing some thing else. This goes on all most every week. They don't refund or they don't fix the problem. Once they got my money, they just don't care. I called may times. Customer service tells me they will report and will fix it but never fixed their problem. I think this is a scam. It is shame, I will cancel soon. I wish some one must fine hem because this is USA.

Sling offers a great a la carte TV service. It is very easy to manage and update your service. I only wish it would be offered across more platforms and Smart TVs (neither my PS4 or 2 smart TVs have the app)

We tried to switch over to sling for a little while because the price is good, but it doesn’t offer many channels at all. It has a lot of different package that you can purchase but even so, it didn’t do it for us. If you aren’t expecting a lot and are looking for something cheap, this is a good option.

We used to have Sling. We got it very early on and had a great deal. After forgetting to change a credit card our service was cancelled. We switched the card but they refused to reinstate our monthly price which was lower than those who got the service later on. Disappointing.

Absolute scam. After reviewing and trying there channel selection cancel immediately no more then 30 min. They refused to refund the money. Do not fall for 30 day free trial. The second the get your credit card they WILL CHARGE it. They WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND.

Sling TV app on a Roku fails constantly but with network errors or "oops, something went wrong" errors, but then I go to other apps in my Roku and they work fine without doing anything to my network. I'll be cancelling my service.

I purchased one at Walmart redeemed it online and got no credit, I tried customer service twice an they show no gift card and would do nothing about it ,so I got charged twice for a month. I canceled my service with a loss an advise you too. They dnt deserve a star at all

Sling is TERRIBLE! It glitches and shuts down every time we try to use it. Their "7 day trial" isn't really accurate, they charge you no matter what. They don't give refunds no matter the issue. Bottom line: SAVE YOUR MONEY, try HULU instead.

They are not under contract with local channels. Their towers try to ping local towers and get a channel lineup. I have been with out local stations for 2 weeks. When I called, I was hung up twice. I have cancelled my service.

0 out 5. If you choose to cancel, even the same day, they will charge you for the whole month anyway and won't issue refund. Also, you can't skip commercials even if you DVR their shows. And on top of it you get errors often. Terrible service and terrible company.

If I could give it a negative rating, I would. PPV is too easy for kids to purchase and they use pics that lure kids to click on it. Next thing you know, your paying $70 for a UFC fight you'll never watch. Immediately reported and was told, 'sorry no refunds, read the terms.' Horrible way to do business. Others have had same PPV issue and kids.

They cut channels and increase FEES during programming. Was watching game in 8th inning, was cut out. Next find out no longer in package I purchase. I would have to pay more for that channel. In the middle of a game. Unbelievable. I will never go back to this company.

Free trial scam...I tried it for a week and hated it...tried to cancel on the 7th day and I was 3 hours late (yea, they go by the TIME you ordered, not the day) What a deceptive policy. Now I hate the service AND the company. Enjoy the stolen $25 because it's the last dime you'll see from me .

Ordered Sling on 9/15 and paid for overnight delivery of a Roku device. It is 9/19 and I still have not received the device. Every time I call their support line, they hang up. 6 tries thus far. They only answer when the new sales number is called. Total ripoff.
