We were told with a $34,000 system we'd be able to turn our a/c down to 76 and still have excess electricity. The install went well but a year out and our true-up is over $800! We haven't increased our power usage and we still keep our a/c at 78/79… I have made phone calls and written several emails and gotten no answer for this discrepancy and now no responses at all. My friend's system out-performs mine. Disappointed with getting solar overall…

Installation went smoothly and the equipment works as stated. I don’t like the design on my roof so that is a big negative. I paid extra to have nicer looking panels and they slip down the roof so I wasn’t happy with that.

The equipment is fine. The price is competitive. There wasn’t any issues with installation. I would have preferred if they follow up or checked in with me. They were pretty hands off once they had the money.

I could have given more stars but the control panel has stopped working and I don’t want to buy one more
