Overall I had a very good experience with Your Energy Solutions. The sales team is very knowledgeable and answered multiple questions I had, did not feel pressured during the process. The insulation team was helpful and keep me updated on the entire process. There was some miscommunication on the actual installation date, and there was some additional cleanup they had to do around the installation but overall went smoothly. They surveyed the roof before the installation but when the installers came, they noted damage to the roof that needed to be repaired before they installed. Would've been nice for the surveyor to note the damage when he saw it. That delayed the insulation for a few weeks.

I checked other solar companies and that's how I came up with what I thought was an acceptable price for the job. they also did what they said where they were going to do and when they were going to do it. their workers were neat clean and respectable. they're a great company

They have the choice of some of the best newest microinverters. I really appreciated that. I interviewed probably five different companies and I liked them because they are a local company. Other companies were out of state and contracted with people. They are not the cheapest but they have the best warranty. I had a problem with one of the inverters about a year in and they took care of it quickly.

The biggest problem I have had was with the project manager failed to look up permits on time so we lost three weeks but otherwise it was good. I was impressed with their operation.

Generally customer service is pretty responsive. They seem like they know what they are doing. Everything is working alright so far. They put up a new roof at the same time they installed the new solar panels. My only slight complaint is it took a while to get the loan through to the roofing company so I had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked.

Every once in a while some of the panels don’t give feedback and it would be nice if I had more information, nobody really told me how to operate it. I had to figure it out on my own. Installation was mostly okay. I asked them not to start before but they came early and started working on it so they could get the work done. They do provide the best value.

Sales and installation process was great. Only issue was an error on the CAD drawings— the city rejected the final inspection due to the discrepancy. Seemed to take a while to get the drawings fixed and then another city inspection. Net the system was installed early Dec but I didn’t get my net metering going until March, which was disappointing.

We were told with a $34,000 system we'd be able to turn our a/c down to 76 and still have excess electricity. The install went well but a year out and our true-up is over $800! We haven't increased our power usage and we still keep our a/c at 78/79‚Ä¶ I have made phone calls and written several emails and gotten no answer for this discrepancy and now no responses at all. My friend's system out-performs mine. Disappointed with getting solar overall‚Ä¶

Easy to maintain, you can easily reach panels to clean which is good because they unfortunately get dusty easily. They work perfectly though. There have been no glitches. They work with your budget and accommodate you to make easy for the consumer to get the panels they need. I like they way they listen to the customer.

YES installed my solar panels quite a few years ago -- no problems. Went back to them for 2 Tesla Powerwall Batteries. A bit more expensive than other vendors but it was worth it, because just a few months after completion I have been notified that my SGIP rebate check is in the mail. Owner Jim was willing to alter the form contract in order to deal with my idiosyncracies. Pamela M took personal responsibility to shepherd my rebate application through the PG&E approval process, which is quite complicated. Project Manager Fabian G was exceptionally responsive during the whole process, and Daniel the head electrician provided great explanations and service as well. 5 stars.

I highly recommend Your Energy Solutions. I compared multiple companies and Y.E.S. had a much better price and a quicker installation timeline than the competition. I appreciated the fact that they have a long established track record of satisfied customers. Patrick was great at customizing my system to my needs. As the project proceeded Jessica and Pamela were always available to answer questions and make sure all of the coordination with the city permit office and PG&E got taken care of. The crew that came out to do the installation was professional and friendly. They listened to my ideas and put the components right where I wanted them. My home is now producing electricity right in line with the projections that they made in the original proposal.

We just had the installation and inspection completed, and for this process I want to give the highest marks to the company and in particular to our project manager Jessica La F. I've never seen such accurate, timely and detailed handling in any of our previous home projects. Everything was very nicely and properly communicated, schedules were exact and work was done always in time. They immediately reacted on one small problem that arose during main electrical panel replacement. We are very happy with Jessica and with customer service overall. I will certainly recommend this company to others and give best recommendation!

First off there pretty good company I pick them because of their yelp standing I got the top-of-the-line system which produces 7.7 KWh you better have all your ducks in a row meaning don’t let them sell you you sound them on what you want you’ll be able to cover the gap‘s when it comes to putting out money for a System get educated know what you want before you have them tell you what you want you’re better off that way far as follow up every company to stand a little criticism but overall they’re a good company I have recommended them to other people but people in the organization but if you don’t engage with these people you get what you put into it do your homework. Check out Home power magazine it helped me

I used these guys for electrical and pool solar and they did a great job! The pool temperature went from 71 to 82 degrees and power costs dropped from $1,400 to $0. They also handled all the paperwork with PG&E and worked closely with a roofer so that the solar install did not affect the warranty on the new roof.
