In the contract Urban Solar states it will not charge for the removal and replacement of panels if you need a roof replacement within 5 years of installation. 3 years after my installation I needed to replace part of my roof and Urban Solar charged me for removing and replacing the panels. When I called this to there attention, they refused to refund the charges. They are not to be trusted. I regret choosing them. Do not expect them to honor their word.

I should of never trusted Urban Solar at all! I bought a house in January and soon as I get solar panels in August, a couple weeks later my roof starts leaking. I live in FL and it rains all the time! I am so not happy!
