My Urban Solar system went into service August 2024. We are very happy with the system performance and the service provided by Urban Solar. We have referred friends to Brian and Urban who are equally pleased with their system. We love the ability to view our energy production and consumption on the Enphase app. As electric car owners we don't understand why more people don't produce their own energy and protect against rising energy prices.

I am so very grateful that during this time of terrible storms, we were prepared with Solar Power and Battery Backup from Urban Solar. We have not ever lost power through any of the storms we’ve had. My Duke Energy power line has a tree on it and is lying on top of the shed. We have power. We have a working refrigerator. We have a/c.

Excellent customer service and support after installation. The only problem was during the installation was a missing part …. Being a weekend it was tough to get it on Sunday but they did it. Also there was not one person responsible for the installation. It was difficult to find who is responsible. The sales person who sold it took extra effort to make it. All the management were responsive.

My solar system has been working perfectly now for over a year. Compared with other companies I interviewed, they provided the most energy and the best equipment at a decent price. Urban Solar salesperson was excellent. He explained everything in detail from cost to timeline and installation. The installers came out and completed the Job in 1 day and were very knowledgeable about the job they did. The lead installer explained everything that was happening and after they were finished they cleaned up all the packing materials that the panels were shipped in. I highly recommend Urban Solar for your Solar company.

Urban solar has treated us right from sales pitch to installation and beyond. It sounded to good to be true but after two years I can reliably say, the electric company pays us every month and the cost to urban solar (which is way less the our electric bill would have been) has been exactly as advertised. The only issue we have had was once, and it was addressed and resolved in a few short minutes. Highly recommend to anyone considering solar.

I had a truly exceptional experience from start to finish with Bryan T. and urban solar. They set me up with a brand new roof and solar. My roof would allow full coverage due to shade and instead of pushing useless panels like other companies tried they were honest to make sure my system was efficient as possible and that I wasn't paying more than I should. Past every inspection first time around and system has been working great. I highly reccomend them to anyone interested in a honest and efficient company.

Andy was very at the time I was considering solar, and comparing different vendors. I’ve got the system for 2 1/2 years now and it is working well. At one time a couple if inverters were not producing as expected. Urban Solar came over and replaced the inverters as expected.

Urban Solar’s customer service is excellent. This type of service is what you want especially when you expect the panels to get the maximum produce you want. Any equipment will not perform at its best every time and this is when you need a company that will take action fast in order to maximize the capture of energy at its best.

In the contract Urban Solar states it will not charge for the removal and replacement of panels if you need a roof replacement within 5 years of installation. 3 years after my installation I needed to replace part of my roof and Urban Solar charged me for removing and replacing the panels. When I called this to there attention, they refused to refund the charges. They are not to be trusted. I regret choosing them. Do not expect them to honor their word.

They were very patient when explaining the product and cost. My FPL bill went from $450 in the summer to about $80.In the winter it is about $30.

I should of never trusted Urban Solar at all! I bought a house in January and soon as I get solar panels in August, a couple weeks later my roof starts leaking. I live in FL and it rains all the time! I am so not happy!
